Lake house holiday rentals in American Lake

Loved staying here with my family. House was SO clean. Would definitely come back. Great amount of space enjoyed seeing the water all day. Even had a highchair for my little one!

My husband and I had a great stay with our Sailor over the Thanksgiving holidays. The property was a perfect place to host several of his friends for Thanksgiving dinner. Overall, the best part of the stay was the communication with the Stewarts. They were always super responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area!

Though we were visiting town under stressful circumstances, after 4 nights staying in this lakefront home I left feeling like I had been at a wellness retreat for weeks! The surroundings were beyond peaceful and my daughter, who is recovering from her 3rd kidney transplant, said she slept better than she has in years and every bit of stress left her body. Waking up to the tranquility of the lake did wonders for her well-being and I can’t thank our host Cindy enough for all the lovely touches and care that went into the design of this space - she truly thought of everything.

We loved staying in this home! Our family wants to come back. Marian and Sara were super responsive and flexible with us. We loved everything about the experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The view of the lake was stunning- especially in the morning at dawn as the sun started to rise. My husband enjoys cooking and he loved the gas stove. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and I appreciated not having to go to the store for coffee. It was chilly a couple of days and we made use of the fireplace in the master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds. The house was decorated nicely and was comfortable and perfect for our needs.

We had a wonderful week long stay. The house was cozy & the setting was tranquil. Thank you!

We enjoyed our week at SK's lakeside home. The private dock and included paddle boats/kayaks were awesome, we used them several times during our stay. The area was peaceful and private. SK was very responsive and a wonderful host, he even had items quickly delivered that were not found in the home. The home itself was very clean and spacious, Thank you for a wonderful week!

Absolutely love this airbnb and the hosts! The property was beautiful great view of the lake, had breakfast with baby geese in the backyard. When we checked in the place was spotless and smelled very clean. Check in and checkout was super smooth. Had a folder on how to use everything and all the details WITH PICTURES! Host was absolutely amazing and super easy to work with! Made our stay wonderful. We definitely want to stay here again some time in the future!

Vrithi was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the water heater, and it was addressed quickly and efficiently. The house was just as described, with amazing views of the water, including a regular visit by a sea lion. The first time you arrive it is a bit tricky to find the entry drive, but the directions are clear and easy to follow. Would happily recommend this space.

The place was exquisite, the host was accommodating allowing us for early check in. The surrounding was tranquil, my family was able to relax and be comfortable. It is overlooking the lake, walking distance to the park so we were able to visit the cherry blossoms and have our kids play in the playground. The hot tub was always hot for us and the water was clean. The place is huge, there was a steam bath in the basement, the kitchen had a huge stove and grill was readily available. I am picturing such nice summers in this place, with paddle boards and life jackets available as well. The garden was muddy because of the rain, but we were still able to enjoy the backyard with the cemented patio and the hot tubs. It was just perfect for our visit to Seattle. We did have trouble with street parking though, since the road was a bit small and the neighbors too were parking on both sides of the road, our rental car was scraped on the side mirror. So just heads up to find a better place to park

Beautiful home! My whole family enjoyed the comfort of this home, especially the hot tub. The fenced yard was great for our little one to run around. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Terrific spot. Stunning view. Tasteful decor. Supremely comfortable beds. Responsive, friendly, generous hosts without being a bit intrusive. Great location. We loved staying here and this will be our go to spot when we come again.

Place was so peaceful. Myself and three of my workers stayed there and it was 100 times better then any other accommodations we have stayed in. Glenn was quick to respond with any questions we had and directions were very clear during our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to have the opportunity to stay there again. We booked the home to celebrate our son's 11th birthday. The public boat launch is close and convenient. We enjoyed the pedal boat and kayaks provided. We brought our SUP and a raft. The home is at the end of the lake, in a no wake zone, which made it easy to let the kids go on adventures. The dock was perfect for teaching them how to cast a line. The fish were very active and so fun to watch jumping out of the water. We had a deer run across the yard while we were at the shore. The heron, hawks, and eagles were fun to watch fly by. The deck off the house is very comfortable. We ate all our meals outside. We baked a cake and had everything we needed to do that. The neighbors that we encountered were very friendly. The Casita was perfect for the kids. They loved having their own digs. The furnishings and decor really nailed the lake cabin vibe. We had a very enjoyable time!

We really enjoyed our time. Plenty of room for our family and some extended family to hang out during the day. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean and comfortable. My husband and I had stayed in the downstairs only unit before and enjoyed it so opted to rent the whole house for some family lake time. Jeff is very communicative and proactive.

James place was a pleasure to stay in, it was cleaned had everything we needed and more for a beautiful weekend! Bonus points for having more than one selection to watch other than Netflix thank you again!

This was my second trip back to The Boardwalk. Feels like home away from home as I visit family in Lakebay. Christopher is an awesome host!

I really enjoyed my stay ad Edward’s place. Wonderful location on the lake and clean, comfortable and cozy inside. Convenient to Shelton and other nearby landmarks all a great value. Would gladly stay there again!
