Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Amherst

A beautiful apartment and bigger than expected. Everything was very clean. And it had everything we needed. Rudy was quick to respond and always available. Thank you! We had a great stay.

We had a multi-month stay at Joseph's property while our home was being repaired due to a pipe bursting. Joseph was always very responsive and quickly resolved any issues. The property is located right in Washington Square and a 2 minute walk to the T which was super convenient. Having a parking spot is a must in Brookline if you have a car, so being directly behind the building was a huge plus. Like most buildings in the area, it was a little on the older side, but the interior of the apartment is in great shape! The washer and dryer are full size so laundry was a breeze. Joseph even offered to have cleaners come by at no extra cost due to our extended stay. I highly recommend staying with Joseph, you won't be dissapointed.

I needed a same day rental confirmation and this place met everything that I was looking for.

Overall great. Excellent location, well-kept and equipped. Only point to note - The second bedroom bed frame is very creaky, which given the open plan nature of the top floor (Only sliding doors between bedrooms) means it might be disturbing for others if more than one bedroom is being used. Might be good to replace the frame.

Great Space and Great Host! Everything looked like the pictures. Nathalie & Tino have a gift of hospitality! There is a wonderful rail trail very close, the neighborhood is picturesque. Very close to good food and Whole Foods. I slept comfortably and enjoyed the walk-in shower. Just had to get used to the fish tank (water running) as I’ve never lived with one before, it went to the background after a few days. Kitchen is fully stocked! I would definitely stay there again 👍🏻 Thank You 🙏🏻

We stayed here with two toddlers and had a great time! The hosts were very responsive: * We flew in from the west coast on a red eye, and asked if it would be possible to check in early. The hosts very graciously let us check in super early, so we could take a post-flight family nap. * It was cold and snowy during our visit, and the host was on-site right after the storm to shovel and salt the walkways and driveways. Their proactive actions made it possible for us to safely ferry our young children back and forth to/from our car. In addition, the Airbnb was very clean, and came stocked with enough cookware/etc for us to cook and eat family meals together. The travel crib was excellent and fit, assembled, into the closet of the main bedroom. The bedding was clean and warm. And the entire place, despite being in a basement, is centrally heated; we could keep it warm enough for our young kids despite the cold weather. And there were some toys! A great place for families

What a beautiful space! Perfect location, right near all the restaurants / bars we were visiting with friends.

The house was perfect for me, my sister, brother in law, and infant nephew to stay for the holidays. The kitchen, dining area, and living room accommodated our parents coming over for dinners, the couch was super comfy for reading and watching movies, and getting into town was easy. Lots of great Armenian and Greek food around, and easy access to fresh pond and beaverbrook reservation for fresh air and birdwatching. Loved this place and can’t wait to stay again!

Diana was very warm, responsive, and helpful throughout every aspect of our stay. Her home is located right across from Salisbury Beach with easy walking access to the water. The home is clean and spacious and has everything you could want or need for a comfortable stay.

Denys and Alison were an absolute delight to work with and truly exceptional hosts. Even before my check-in, they went above and beyond when they received an alert about an issue in the unit. They immediately sprang into action, resolved the situation promptly, and provided multiple options to ensure my stay was seamless. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding, making me feel valued and well cared for. As for the unit itself, it was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, offering a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience. Without a doubt, I’ll be rebooking here if I’m ever back in the area!

Our weekend away at Chris’s home was so great! The house was super clean, cozy and so close to everything in the cutest little neighborhood! I must say the only noise we heard was the occasional plow when it was snowing but other than that, so peaceful! The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! We even had some snow and before we got up, the walkway and driveway were shoveled! We felt right at home and will definitely be back! Chris is extremely informative about the area and is so quick in responding to every message and made sure we were comfortable and all checked in! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic stay. So much space inside, and absolutely gorgeous sunset views. Super clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend!

Lori's home was lovely and we had a comfortable 3-day stay as a family of two parents and two kids. We were greeted with a bottle of wine. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels, etc. The location is close to town and to Crotched Mountain. Lori was also super responsive and helpful!

Amazing price and amazing place to spend Halloween! Great places to eat and adventure around! The house was peaceful but had very friendly atmosphere with the neighbors. If I could have Andrea be the host for every air bnb I would be greatful knowing I have someone that's reliable and great with communication. She will treat you right and has great recommendations!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

Tristan’s place is centrally located and feels very roomy. We were struggling to find a spot that offered three actual bedrooms and a decently-sized common space and this spot met our needs nicely. The location was walkable to many of Salem’s attractions and had parking big enough for our SUV. The value for the money was great!

Very clean and spacious, the host was very helpful and always responded quickly. Very close to the beach which was beautiful. Stay was great!

Will's condo on Badger Island in Kittery, ME was quite the find. The views from the windows were spectacular; drawbridge, barges and tugboats. There was a little snow storm on our first night, and it was lovely to watch the snow fall on the docks and riverfront. The house was very comfortable and made us feel as if we were at our own home. Shopping in Kittery Foreside and downtown Portsmouth was great.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the electronic fireplace made us felt at home and comfortable. I especially loved the small touches with the books and games tucked away above the tv waiting to be found. Also we got a nice surprise on NYE with some fireworks on the beach. The hardest thing to figure out was where the trash room was but José sent a picture which helped a lot.
