Loving holiday mechanic apartment near Linz. Available again after a few months of own use! We live very rural but only 9km away from the capital Linz. Perfectly located is our apartment for people passing through, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube bike path) and vacationers. Privacy is guaranteed with your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child friendliness.

Die Lodge ist ein hervorragender Ort zum Entspannen mit Familie und Freunden. Einfach dem Alltag entfliehen und genießen. Ein Paradies für Kinder - Natur, Wald, freie Fläche - zum Austoben. Keine Nachbarn die vom Kinderlachen gestört werden. Auch zum Ausspannen mit Freunden hervorragend geeignet. Die Lodge liegt auf etwa 600m mit Blick über das Mostviertel. Genießen Sie ein gutes Buch und eine Tasse Tee an der großen Panoramascheibe mit Blick ins Grüne. Möglicherweise kommt auch ein Reh vorbei..

our small 60m2 apartment offers you everything you need from the interior equipment - in addition to a great view of our house mountain, the ötscher (1898m), but also to the idyllic landscape of the most district. through the windows, the direct view of the neighboring fields and forests to open up... our location is on the one hand very quiet, on the village edge of Wieselburgland, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the west motorway entrance. the surrounding area offers a varied program!

Relax and relax – at this quiet, quaint home on the outskirts of Steyrling surrounded by mountains, forest, rivers, and lakes. The apartment is fully equipped, from dishwasher to gas grill to blender, 2xTV. With sauna, garden, terrace.... It is a 3-minute drive to the reservoir. The river Steyrling flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel benches and the possibility to refresh yourself. (200m from the house). Inn, Bongos pizza and village shop 5 min walking.

Our cozy log cabin is located on the edge of the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and is a perfect starting point for numerous activities in the beautiful Ötscherland! On our property, there is a playground and a sandbox that can be used with pleasure, as well as its own seating area for guests. Our barbecue area including smoker may be used in consultation! Leisure facilities with outdoor swimming pool, beach volleyball court and public playground in 250m walk.
