Charming T2/3 on the garden level in Gap, quiet and green environment, 5 minutes from the city center. Private parking. Fully equipped, bed linen and towels are provided. This fairly rare corner with terrace, shady garden and heated pool awaits you. The pool will be shared with the owners. The accommodation: a bedroom with a queen bed, a desk with wardrobe and wardrobe , a bathroom with shower and separate WC. The living/living room with a 120 sofa bed, TV and pellet stove.

The cottage is located at the foot of the Col de Faye, at the edge of the Beynon forest which marks the entrance to the Parc des Baronnies Provençales. Furnished in the north/west wing of an old sheepfold that we completely finished renovating in 2024, in a unique landscape. It's the perfect to shine in the surrounding area and come and recharge! Very easy to access from the highway exit. 37km from Gap, 27km from Sisteron, 19km from Tallard and 13km from Laragne Montéglin.

Beautiful apartment, in the heart of the small village of Saint-Marcellin, stunning views over the mountains. Fully equipped accommodation, reserved parking space. Closed room, possibility to put bicycles or other. Possibility to eat outside. Shops nearby. Gare d 'spray is a 20-minute drive. Savine le Lac 30 min drive away. Departure for hikes as well, access to ski stations quickly. A garage to park your motorcycles is available if you wish.

It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains.
