We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Hope Cottage was the perfect base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast. We spent 4 nights with our 2 children and had a wonderful holiday. We loved the hot tub and the wood burner as well as all the other essentials provided for a family break during a cold, wet, winter holiday! The cottage is not overlooked and wonderfully peaceful- a real feeling of quiet, space and calm. Amelia was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!!

It was perfect for a weekend away with two little boys. the hot tub, board games and great selection of TV channels kept them well occupied, and we managed to get some couple time in too as the place was organised with a bedroom and living space upstairs, so they could do their thing, while we did ours downstairs! Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a beautiful, clean and homely lodge Red Robin 5 was. Lovely little touches, flowers, pillow spray, slippers and dressing gowns. Hot tub was ready for us on arrival and the place smelt lovely. Spacious accommodation in a peaceful setting. Great swimming pool and hot tub on site, and good off road parking. John was a welcoming host and made sure we were comfortably warm despite the bitterly cold weather outside. We didn't make use of the conservatory or garden due to it being autumn and the below freezing temperatures during our stay, but in summer those features of this Airbnb would be a great asset.

Lovely weekend at Jolls cottage. Fabulous property, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, that lacked nothing that we required - lots of thoughtful extras. Plenty of games and of course the lush hot tub, in the massive, secure garden, in which there is a lovely summer house, with more games. Be aware that the staircases in the house are very steep and narrow - this house is not suitable for people with any level of mobility issues - there is a downstairs bedroom, but there is little space between the two beds, and the bathroom is downstairs. Spacious as well as being cosy, also very well equipped, we loved our stay, we just wish it could of been longer.

Emma’s house was simply perfect for our family weekend away of 3 generations! Great amenities supplied in the house, comfortable, Warm and cosy and close proximity to everywhere we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Melanie was a great host and provided us with all of the useful information. The space itself was lovely, lots of space and very cosy! The bonus was how family-friendly it was. Our daughter loved the books provided and slept right through the night in the travel cot provided, thank you!

This is a delightful little cottage, The hosts gave me a personal check in to show me where everything was, lovely couple. The Cottage is very clean and cozy and the garden with the addition of large Koi carp pond is a added bonus. Would recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Fiona’s delightful cottage. Very easy to find and just as described. Very comfortable and cosy with the bonus of a log burner. All the amenities we needed to make our stay just perfect. Squeaky clean bathroom with large shower and generous sized fluffy towels. A great base to explore the surrounding coast and nature places. Would definitely recommend. ☺️

Lovely stylishly furnished cottage with everything we needed in the kitchen which made catering for ourselves easy. Good information on nearby places of interest and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Thank you Amber.

Amy was friendly and helpful. Felt at home as place was warm and cosy. Tight spiral staircase to bedrooms which was a novelty... kept puppies downstairs as they didn't like it! 😁 Tesco food delivered OK. Everything is spotlessly clean. TV awesome and sofa very comfy but need to roll out as it's low.... OK for young fit people 😆 Enjoyed the stay even though we were in middle of stormy winds etc. Garden is perfect and secure for doggies 🐕 and location is peaceful. Thanks Amy 🤗

Barbara and her husband were excellent. They truly went above and beyond, furthermore they’re clearly just really nice people. I’d highly recommend staying at their property! Note: Do read their listing carefully and bring cash (ideally change) to heat the property. This costs ~£1 an hour and is definitely needed in the winter. Still a million percent worth the stay though. Thank you so much.

A beautifully cosy & homely cottage for our New Year break away with our girls, friends and pooches! The girls loved the secret twin bedroom! Having a secure, enclosed garden meant we could let the dogs out without worry. Amanda was friendly and responsive - thank you!

We really enjoyed our time there and the house is beautiful and well equipped. We were three families, so we could each have a bathroom, which we appreciated.

Sarah was a wonderful host- the cottage was gorgeous with everything you could possibly need for a cosy and comfortable stay. She even left thoughtful extras to make us feel welcome. Our dog Frida hardly moved from the lovely dog bed she left for us too! We would definitely stay again ♥️

Really enjoyed our stay - comfortable house with plenty of amenities the fresh flowers and milk was a nice touch. Everything was spotless with both the kitchen and bathroom being outstanding. Bedrooms were very comfortable Snettisham has plenty of cafe or places to eat and close by to local resorts and beaches. Would love to stay again

We stayed at Kookou Cottage for a week and all agreed this was one of the best properties we have stayed in! It felt like being at home, with all the amenities provided. we spent most the week exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds with plenty of dog walks and visiting the local villages and towns. everything is within a short car journey. We had many meals at the Cottage including a Pizza night with use of the Pizza oven, all set out ready. A big thank you to Jade for being very responsive and checking in to see if everything was okay through out the week! such a great service and a perfect little retreat!
