Oak Cottage, optional hot tub.

VanessaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Bumblebee

MargaretRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Bumblebee was an excellent property. Ideal for my husband and I our 2 adult children and their partners .....not forgetting Dave the dog to have a family get together. The property was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of an enclosed garden, hot tub and outdoor cooking area was great. There were thoughtful additions such as a welcome pack and items for pets. The surroundings were peaceful. Can't recommend highly enough it is certainly somewhere we intend to return in the future.

Homely Open Plan Cottage near to Heacham Beach

JamesRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Hope Cottage was the perfect base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast. We spent 4 nights with our 2 children and had a wonderful holiday. We loved the hot tub and the wood burner as well as all the other essentials provided for a family break during a cold, wet, winter holiday! The cottage is not overlooked and wonderfully peaceful- a real feeling of quiet, space and calm. Amelia was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!!

Riverside Cottage with Hot Tub

RadhaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
It was perfect for a weekend away with two little boys. the hot tub, board games and great selection of TV channels kept them well occupied, and we managed to get some couple time in too as the place was organised with a bedroom and living space upstairs, so they could do their thing, while we did ours downstairs! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The Walled Garden Cottages - Fring Estate

Francesca-LouiseRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We went here as a group of 14 adults & 1 child for a 30th, two 60th & a 65th birthday and we had the best weekend! The house’s are spectacular, the rooms are beautifully decorated. A few more kitchen utensils, tea towels & coffee machine would of been good but other than that it was an amazing place to stay, very comfortable.

1 bedroom holiday cottage with pool/hot tub access

ElizabethRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Spacious accommodation in a peaceful setting. Great swimming pool and hot tub on site, and good off road parking. John was a welcoming host and made sure we were comfortably warm despite the bitterly cold weather outside. We didn't make use of the conservatory or garden due to it being autumn and the below freezing temperatures during our stay, but in summer those features of this Airbnb would be a great asset.

We visited the local pud and had a great meal. Melanie was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas on what to do and where to visit. Would definitely recommend!

Mollie’s Cottage

DebRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautiful little gem, and one we will definitely be re- visiting. Located in a very quiet and peaceful location. Within walking distance to the North Sea Observatory from which you can pick up King Charles Coastal Pathways giving you the opportunity to explore Chapel Six Marshes, Wallla Bank, Anderby Creek or take a short car ride to reach these beautiful unspoilt places. Millies place is the perfect place to rest and re charge, it's modern, well equipped, very comfortable, and a great place to rest your head after a busy day.

Windy Ridge Holiday Cottages "The Swallows Nest"

MattRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Barbara and her husband were excellent. They truly went above and beyond, furthermore they’re clearly just really nice people. I’d highly recommend staying at their property! Note: Do read their listing carefully and bring cash (ideally change) to heat the property. This costs ~£1 an hour and is definitely needed in the winter. Still a million percent worth the stay though. Thank you so much.

Spacious, private character cottage

JohnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great communications with host Dave … Property was very easy to find, easy to access and fully lived up to expectations giving us a very comfortable and pleasurable stay. A range of pub restaurants close by and other eat out facilities, all listed by the host, was very convenient. A full range of appliances in the home were also available for any home cooking of breakfasts or any other self prepared meal requirements. For us the proximity of the nature reserves at Cley, Titchwell, Holme and Snettisham was wonderful and would likely be the basis for another stay here later this year, along with other areas of interest including Wells and Sandringham. Overall a 5 star experience for the 6 of us who stayed here… 🙂🙂

6 Littleport Cottages

VedranaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We loved this little gem of a cottage and felt right at home. The garden and surrounding area are beautiful. We enjoyed walking on the Pedders Way directly from the cottage, and stargazing from the garden in the evenings. The cottage is a perfect base to explore the North and North West Norfolk coastline and surrounding villages. There's a good pub in the village which is walking distance from the cottage along a pavement. There are supermarkets a short drive away. Derrie was the perfect host and communication was very quick and easy before and during our stay. Other things we loved: log burner, comfy bed, hot shower, very peaceful location, easy parking. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again and recommend to others.
