The residents was nice and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and basic.

Beds were super comfy , quiet neighborhood and great place for a bigger group . We loved our stay there .

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this scenic escape. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beautiful view. The large windows in the living room gave us a perfect panoramic view of the sparkling lake, and we spent hours enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor deck became our favorite spot for morning coffee. Our host was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything for a comfortable stay. We also loved the Christmas tree and decorations, which made the holiday feel extra special. This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway and pet-friendly too! We can't wait to return for another stay.

We loved staying at Christy’s place! She was so communicative, flexible, and kind. Just a great hostess. We had such a comfortable stay- it felt like home and was so close to Walmart and most of Redding.

The home was perfect. It felt like I was walking into the comfort of my grandparents. There was a basket of treats in the kitchen waiting for us, plus a wonderful tea and coffee area set up. My flight was delayed by 12 hours so this really made everything perfect by not having to scramble to the store so late at night. The decor was so nice and Nancy’s place had everything we needed. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Our family had a great time in this house. It was large enough to accommodate all of us at meals. The game room was a fun place to hang out. The outside area was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pits. We would definitely recommend it and would look forward to returning.

We checked in at night, and it was easy. I wish they had lights up the driveway to help with the potholes, like they had on other parts of their property. Other than those holes, it was a great stay! The kids had a blast with the pool.

House was as described, we enjoyed that it was close to the river trail for nice walks, and in a peaceful area which was great with children. We had a great family stay! Communication with Hosts was quick, helpful and proactive.
