Beautiful condo with amazing view of the ocean and beach front and very nice pool area. Quite peaceful location . Restaurants Near by and many things to see and do . We had a wonderful time .

The location of condo (downtown) and size of Karen’s was awesome for our family of 5. Plenty of room and was very neat! And the kitchen was fully stocked and having the washer/dryer in the unit was so nice! Karen has books to read, movies, etc. Bring your own cards and board games (that is what we did). I didn’t see any board games in the condo. Karen was so good to work with and very responsive. She was an excellent host! Once we parked the car the 1st day, the entire town is walkable and we didn’t have to drive. There are 2 grocery stores next to condo, restaurants galore, shopping beach 1 block away. Samara was a fun town and location for a relaxing beach vacation. We rented beach chairs from Tico’s surf shop (do it the day prior to wanting chairs) and they were excellent to work with. If you don’t want to spend money on that, Karen has beach chairs in the condo. Overall, so FUN and would rent Karen’s again.

I loved my stay the place is great. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunset is breathtaking. The spot is perfect for surfing and enjoying the beach and pool to the fullest. To get to the village it is best to rent a small bicycle, motorbike or golf kart! For sure, I'll be back next year!

Undoubtedly the place is a little paradise of the world ! Reserva Conchal has probably the best beach of all in Costa Rica, and the Club House of the condominiums is of superlative comfort and level! Staff attention, pool, restaurant, available activities and gym are comparable to a 5-star hotel! Regarding the condo, it is very safe, easy to access and convenient! In our case there was a smell that came from the fridge or crusher and from OCC they attended us very personally and sent staff to try to fix it at the time. The attention received by the OCC staff is a value added imortante fear that they are to give recommendations, make reservations, at all times! It's definitely a place to come back and recommend 100% !

Recently remodeled and spacious unit. Ocean sounds, great pool area and walk 2 minutes to the beach every night for the sunset. Close to downtown but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. A few restaurants and a small store nearby for convenience. Super responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

Our second stay at Palapa 21, it was great to have been able to stay here for 3 weeks 🥰 Apartment is great, contact with Austin and local property manager has been great, such a lovely place, can highly recommend it (big perk, the new fans that were installed are so so nice, comfortable warm breeze not only outside but now also inside 😄 — pro tip: mosquitos don’t like winds 😄)

This is an excellent unit in a wonderful city. The space is very clean, well-stocked, and the views from the balcony are spectacular. This is a fantastic location to either relax right in Las Catalinas or take some day trips. I highly recommend staying here! Las Catalinas is a relatively new city, with condos, homes and apartments built on the hills surrounding a secluded bay with a beautiful gray sandy beach. This unit is a 5-minute walk down to the beach which includes about 40 steps. There are sunset cruises that stop in this bay, but you can see the sunset from the balcony, or on the beach. The water is very warm and safe for swimming, so any time you get hot just jump in the water. There are some trees that offer shade, which most people gravitated toward. The unit has beach chairs and tote bags to bring everything you need for a day at the beach. There are also several restaurants on the beach which we tried. We liked to end the day with a glass of wine at one of the restaurants

Chris’s condo is all we expected! Really nice property on the first floor of the Malinche complex with an awesome view. Communication with Chris was very fluent and he provided helpful instructions with images and videos. I would definitely recommend this condo!

great apartment, clean very cozy, close to everything, market, pharmacy, butcher shop, parks a delight I loved...

This condo is just as described. Steps from one of the pools. We also explored the walking paths that wander around the complex this visit, which we didn't last time. As a family with two young kids, we love this location because it isn't right in town, but it's still an easy drive to everything you need.

Everything is very nice, good apartment, the host on an 11/10, excellent the truth helped me a lot. Super recommended the apartment is worth 1000%

Host always willing to help with questions etc Clean apartment without the smell of mold. Good sleeping beds and great shower! Only msm lacked air-conditioning, if you had it would be exceptional!!! But it has a fan in every room. The organized condominium and the pool closed with a gold key.

Everything was very good

I’ve been going to Jaco for very year for the last 8 years. This was the first time that I stayed at Costa Linda this was a great complex. Armando’s place was great two bathrooms I only needed one since I was solo but lots of space can easily accommodate 4 people. I cook so I had everything I needed there. If you are swimmers the pool is amazing it has a full 25m side to do laps. This will be to first place that I will check if it is available on my next trip to Jaco.

Andre was a beautiful host very responsive and helpful. My stay was great the area was close to everything. Apartment was just as the pictures and very clean. Andre was very accommodating and understanding. This location will always be my go to when in Trinidad. It was a pleasure Andre even meeting you was a pleasure. Until we meet again. Had a great month and a few days at Casa Verde. We had a bit of a problem finding the condo, not knowing the unit # , and not knowing that someone would be there to greet us, but I did mention this to Irina and so that will be corrected for next guests, I’m sure. The location is a bit out of Playa del Coco so we found we needed to have transportation. Taxis cost around $6 USD one way, so that can add up. We rented a gas golf cart for the first couple of weeks, but did not like that mode of transportation so then rented a car for the remainder of our stay. Adobe Car Rental has a special rate for Villa La Colina residents ( found this out talking with other owners and renters there) so it is worth while letting Adobe know to use the Villa Colina account.The condo is well equipped and Irina was quick to answer any messages we sent. I would have liked more comfortable outdoor chairs ( padded) on the patio, and a bbq, but maybe Irina can upgrade that sometime! All in all, great stay.

This is a very nice apartment in a great central location. We really enjoyed the pool and easily walked to the beach at least once each day.

We had a fantastic two weeks at the condo, and I cannot express enough positive things about the location and the host. Thank you for making this last-minute trip easy and relaxing!

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)
