This home is: 12 miles west of I-35 10 miles 2 us 36 highway 36 miles 2 Jamesport 33 miles 2 Hamilton 60 min N. of Kansas City & Worlds of Fun 36 miles E. of St. Joseph Large yard & a mile on gravel off Hwy 6. No pets left alone in home unless kenneled. Come listen to coyotes' howl while visiting the goats & chickens that live here & sometimes, they roam the yard. I do my best to keep house clean, but sometimes there dust, seasonal bugs beyond my control, as this is a farm.
