Great location for Carnoustie golf, clean, had all the basic kitchen equipment, good communication beforehand. Had an issue with the lock which was sorted quickly after a phone call was picked up first time. Thank you for a great stay

A wonderful home to stay in. Gorgeous views from the house and great walks around the area. The home itself had everything we needed and more. Our 9 month old enjoyed the space to crawl around too. Great communication when needed.

We really enjoyed The Burnside Apartment. It was modern, clean and very cosy with the log burner. It served as a good base for sightseeing in the area. We had absolutely everything we needed including farm fresh eggs supplied by the Hosts. There was a good supply of kitchen and bathroom essentials to see us through our stay. The Hosts were very attentive and responsive to any needs. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

A perfect seaside getaway. Wonderful flat, great host, and directly on the coastline around Scurdie Ness lighthouse.

Very large 2 bed flat next to Carnoustie golf course. Perfect for a golf trip and could have easily fit 4 people as there was a sofa bed in the living room in addition to the two bedrooms. Well equipped with Netflix, wifi, a full kitchen and plenty of free parking! Would return.

This is a wonderful place to have a get away! You can walk locally or take short drives to many different sites and walks. Would visit again even if just to give Buzz (dog) a treat.

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

loved staying in this house and especially enjoyed the garden and immediate access to the sea. sunrise and sunset views were beautiful and calming. with everything I needed on the ground floor i didn't need to use the upstairs- the stairs were extremely steep and the only downside to the kitchen was how narrow it was - not wheelchair accessible (as I did have my mum visit on day). overall the place was clean, cozy, the bed was comfortable, shower good and I had a great stay.

We had a great stay at the Knowe. The place was lovely and as described / photographed. The wood burner was a highlight after a chilly day out. It was really easy to find the place, good instructions and easy check-in. Super helpful book with local activities / recommendations. The surroundings were beautiful but limited choice in terms of restaurants/pubs within short driving distance. Quite late check-in and early check-out.

We have stayed here before, and will be back again, we are a family of four and this space is perfect for us. Comfy bedrooms, a kitchen with all you need, gorgeous bathroom and the beach is less than one minute walk away. The play park at the end of the road, overlooking the beach has recently been updated and my kids adore it. An abundance of cafes and places to eat, our favourite is the cosy Fisherman’s Tavern. We had a lovely stay at Brewlands with our two children and two dogs. The house is lovely, clean, comfortable and with everything you would need. The location is beautiful and we enjoyed spending time in the garden with some gorgeous weather.

Another perfect stay at Harbour Haven. The large dining kitchen gives us somewhere to sit in the morning if the sofa bed in the living room is still occupied. The master bedroom is incredibly spacious with a generous four-poster. The flat has recently been renovated, though it was already in great condition. As always, the standout is the location. It’s perfectly situated between the high street and the promenade and the living room boasts the most glorious view of the harbour and the sea beyond. This is our third stay at Harbour Haven and we couldn’t recommend it strongly enough. The hosts are always so responsive, approachable and friendly.

Lovely cosy flat in Broughty Ferry. The flat contained everything you could need, was spotlessly clean and was exactly as was advertised. Hamish was an extremely friendly host and we would definitely stay again. Definitely recommend staying with Hamish.

Had a long stay for twenty four nights. Absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. Very clean and comfortable place to stay with a wonderful host Abbi and her family. Brilliant wet room with underfloor heating. Very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place to anyone visiting Montrose,It's first class.

We only stayed one night - checked in late and left early between two busy (and wonderful) days of golf. But if you are staying in Carnoustie- this is a great place to stay. Property is immaculate and accommodations and beds were great. View is straight out over the green and to the sea within 1 minute walk to the Carnoustie clubhouse. Parking was easy in the back and access was easy (you are up 3 flights of stairs) - but the view overcomes that issue quickly! If I was coming back to Carnoustie I would definitely recommend staying in Gray’s property.

Ann was the perfect host, really communicative and friendly in all her messages. The accommodation was superb, fantastic open plan living space which was great for family all being together for New Year. Facilities and amenities in the flat were first rate, we’ve stayed in a few Air BnB properties in Broughty Ferry and Ann’s has been one of the top ones! Looking forward to future stays here. Thanks for making our stay to visit family in The Ferry so easy!

Samantha’s place is cosy, peaceful, and tastefully decorated with mid-century style furniture. The place was clean and bright. As a host, Samantha was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

Pros: - Location is fantastic - right on the harbour and within easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs and the high street. - Parking was easy. It is suggested to park on the street, but it was much easier and more manoeuverable to park at the harbour - The hosts were nice and responsive to questions Minor caveats: - There are some laundry facilities shared between the condos, but you don't get the code for them unless you ask, and they always seem to be in use. It would be hard to count on being able to get much laundry done halfway through the trip. - Our upstairs neighbors had small children, and we could hear *everything* as they ran around - I'm not sure what the hosts could do about the herd of elephants up there, but it's worth mentioning. - The wi-fi reception doesn't really extend to the front bedroom - it's good elsewhere It was a great base of operations - I would give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. Very good, and just slightly missing a "wow" factor.
