Beachfront condo in paradise open after the storms

Stop searching you found your beachfront vacation. No sitting in traffic for 90 minutes to get over the drawbridge to Anna Maria Island and looking to park for $20 an hour. You only have to go down 14 stairs from your second-floor condo to have your toes in the powder soft sand. Enjoy the sunset from your balcony as it sinks into the Gulf. Perfect place to put your feet up and relax! One of four units in the condo gives your getaway a private feeling where you don't share the heated pool with many others, on a dead end road. The only unit overlooking the pool from the master bedroom. You'll be just one block from the beach making it tempting to go multiple times a day! The clean, modern decor makes it a great place for both short and long term visitors. Just a nature trail away from a grocery store, shops and restaurants.

Charming and Updated 1 Bedroom in Runaway Bay

Our charming 1 BR/ 1 Bath condo is a new to the rental market. It was formerly owner occupied. The property is in the Bradenton Beach area of Anna Maria Island. Beach is right across the street with deeded access. The pool is the largest heated pool on the island. Fitness center has newer equipment. There is a fishing pier which also works as a great way to enjoy beautiful views of the Anna Maria sound. Free trolley stop is right in front of the property. Washer/dryer in unit.
