Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Anna Maria Public Beach

This was a last minute business trip for a couple of nights. I was very delighted with the the space, it was very warm and welcoming and included the small touches that a great hospitable host include! Most impressively, was the proactive and responsive communication by Jacob. He is an outstanding host. I would strongly recommend Jacob as a host and his space!

Very quaint and cute. The place was clean and felt cozy. The jacuzzi was a wonderful touch after long days exploring. I appreciated the coffee, available spices, and snacks that the host provided. It was easy to get to many areas of Tampa from this location and there is a Publix right around the corner, which was convenient. It was a great little home away from home for our family of 3!

The house was exactly as described! He was extremely flexible on arrival and departure time! Everything needed was in the house. We met one of the cats late at night coming in the house to eat he was extremely friendly our oldest little boy gave him lots of loving then he went on his way. The house is extremely spacious. The area is within 5min-30min drive of everything we wanted to do. Chris was very responsive in any questions I had and even helps by giving a video to work the hot tub! It was definitely a great value for the say and would highly recommend!

Nguyen's place was welcoming, clean, and had the right amount of space for our group. The location is within close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants, and has quick access to main roads.

We had a lovely stay at Jimmy’s house! The backyard area is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family, friends and kids and Jimmy is extremely responsive and helpful. We have family in the area and go down every year to visit them. This was the perfect house as it was in a great neighborhood close to our family and the kids (and adults) loved the heated pool, hot tub, fire place next to the hot tub, outdoor TV, outdoor shower and that it was all screened in and protected from bugs and leaves! The pool was actually the temperature Jimmy said it would be (84 degrees) and the hot tub and fireplace were lovely. The house was also very clean and comfortable and it even had some fun family games there which we enjoyed! We will definitely pursue staying at Jimmy’s house again for our next visit!

We really enjoyed the stay. The hot tub and pool table were great and the home was comfortable and clean. Location was good and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for our son’s wedding… this home was perfect place to gather with family and friends. The kitchen, dining and living room are so spacious that we had plenty of room to gather! Firepit, hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating gave us all the space to spread out. House was clean and is so cute! Highly recommend

kitchen cupboards full of dishes not needed. no room to put food in cupboards. cutlery very dull. should've had an ice cream scoop & a kitchen scissor.

This property was great, very clean and big! The pool table was a huge hit with us and the beds were comfy! The host was very kind and communicative as well and helped us when needed.

We had a wonderful time. The home was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool was heated which we enjoyed using. The people in the community are very welcoming inviting us to play pickleball with them, to coffees and a trivia night. It was a great month.

Debbie is AMAZING. She answers messages very quickly! The house was beautiful and we felt at home. I don't sleep very well normally, I wake up all night......but while at the house I slept like a log! Didn't even move! The pool is so refreshing and the hot tub heat is the best I have ever experienced! There is so much to do in the area and you're close to Clearwater, Largo and St. Petersburg. We loved the home and would for sure rent it again. Thank you Debbie for being such q great host and adding to our great vacation ❤️

Gad and Tammy are very responsible renters. A faulty microwave was replaced immediately.

Everything you could want and more from both the villa and the host! From the plush and comfortable beds and couches to a fully equipped kitchen, host ensured our stayed would be perfect. Hurricane Milton forced us to evacuate after several days and host refunded unused nights. We will definitely return and indulge in all amenities. Book this villa as you wont be sorry. Thanks Agata,

This is the best stay I've had. The home was exceptionally clean and provided every amenity we could hope foe and then some! I hope to be back soon!!
