Family-friendly holiday rentals in Annandale

This townhouse was truly a wonderful find, gorgeously finished, well lit and so cozy and homey. The views were epic, especially from the hot tub on the roof, where I got to soak several nights, looking at the stars and seeing the Capitol in the distance. The fireplace is so toasty, and the finishes, especially the large soaking tub, are well thought out, and wonderful. Liza was super responsive, kind and a wonderful host, and I look forward to coming back!

Eric was an excellent host. He was very responsive to inquiries from the beginning of our reservations to after the time had lapsed. He was very accessible. The property was as advertised and we very much enjoyed the surprisingly quiet setting with good access to both the town and metro. The rental space was spotless and the grounds were very nice. The hot tub was a nice way to end a day of sight-seeing. Would definitely seek out his accommodations should we be doing anything in the D.C. area in the future.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Stayed in the heart of DC close to monuments so we could see all the sites! This was exactly as described and just what we needed for our vacation—near metro, easy to walk to museums and monuments, and so many places to eat right there!

Our family in Arlington was hosting Thanksgiving, and we needed additional space for 6 family members to sleep. We chose Chuchi's home for the neighborhood and proximity to family. The home is very comfortable. It has a media center and workout room. The gourmet kitchen has everything one would want. New appliances, plenty of tableware, utensils, and glasses. We were welcomed with a gift basket of wine and snacks. We would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great weekend staying at Jonathan's place. The home is comfortably elelegant with plenty of extras including snacks and toiletries. Jonathan was a great host and very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

We had a last minute change and had to book Amir's place and I'm soooo glad we did. The home is absolutely beautiful. It's so spacious. We were a group of 5 and everyone had their own space. The property could easily accommodate a group double our size. All of the amenities are just icing on the cake. Ashauna was so nice and responsive to our every question. It was the perfect stay and we'd definitely go back! Oh! The showers were a little tricky. If you turn the handles all the way, it's cold. Hot is closer to off. Just a tip for the next guests. A perfect little apartment in an extremely nice building. A major grocery store, a Metro station and a wonderful downtown area filled with restaurants were short walks away. The host was very patient, accommodating and helpful as we were delayed in arriving at our planned time. We couldn’t be happier and would certainly stay there again the next time we visit the DC area.
