Situated in pedestrian zone in the historic district, in the building reassured with digital code, in the 3rd floor, the apartment was done up like new, view to garden, at the foot of the castle. You will find all the necessary comfort to relax you, and the charm of former days. It has a private covered parking in 5 min on foot, at the top of the coast perrière (free arrangement). District very lively in summer, rich in businesses and restaurants and more authentic the other seasons

Warm Alpine Cottage in ❤️ Annecy+2vélos

An exclusive address in the heart of the old town of Annecy, this intimate cocoon combining discretion and serenity is nestled on the first floor of an old building. The entrance opens to a vast living room lit with large windows. It consists of a kitchen with clean lines as well as a cocooning living area. The sleeping area nestled on its platform was thought of as a hotel room with its ensuite bathroom. There's also a wall-mounted TV in the room.

Please read the announcement and rules before booking. My apartment is for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, not for 3 or 4 adults ( it's for your Comfort ) mezzanine just for kids. 3rd floor WITHOUT LIFT ! Charming Studio, in historic building from the 16th century. Very cosy atmosphere . 150 m from the shores of the Lake Ideal for a couple in love , or for small family with 1 or 2 children (between 7 and 17 years)
