We had a very pleasant stay in the chalet of constancy which is charming, functional and close to paths for walking. We strongly recommend this little haven of peace .

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! Nice, responsive and proactive hosts who greeted me very kindly and showed me the place so I could feel at home easily. Lots of space inside the house and a nice garden with the pool (it was winter so it wasn't available but it's big and with nice surroundings).

We had a great family stay at Vanessa's, we were 6 adults and 5 children and we were perfectly comfortable in the house. This one is very well-equipped, the kitchen is very functional, the fireplace is very pleasant, and the bedding and bathrooms are very comfortable! The house is very well located 15 minutes from Annecy, and 25 minutes from the resort of Semnoz where we were able to ski. We recommend:)

Amazing views in a peaceful place.

Rachel's place was in a perfect location for everything Morzine and the surrounding area had to offer. It is right in the centre of town so convenient for local shops as well as the Pleney lift. We loved the Chalet and had a great time. Communication was brilliant from start to finish and we would not hesitate to book again.

It's been the 2nd year that we have come to this spacious, welcoming and well "to our liking" house, with its library, musical instruments, foosball and large garden (which helped us withstand the prolonged heatwave). Yann is a generous and thoughtful host. We enjoyed the quality of the contact and the few moments of pleasant and interesting conversations. House and garden are very well equipped, nothing is missing - except maybe 2, 3 m² in the bathroom, when there are a few of us, but it did not present any inconvenience. The region offers a wide variety of walks, excursions, hikes, visits - not to mention swimming in this beautiful Lac du Bourget. Forgetting the rather painful hours due to the weather, we stayed there, with our children and with our little girl a great stay. Chantal and Volker

We had a pleasant stay at Caroline's place. It is very well equipped, spacious, well arranged and the decoration beautiful! We have at our disposal a very complete range of appliances (coffee makers, kettle, toaster, raclette, fondue, crepes...). When we are in the great living room you have a sublime view of the mountains. Nearby is a crossroads market and ski runs (Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gêts) about 15 minutes away. We would 100% recommend this listing!

Really nice home, comfortable, very clean. The host was responsive and helpful. The location is great if you want to do activities around the lake.

We had a lovely time with the family, spacious, well-equipped and clean accommodation (bedding is also very good, everything is available). We were even surprised by the rendering of the listing (even better than in the photos). ski resort , toboggan run, outdoor ice rink nearby We are delighted with our weekend at Isabelle's.

Clean, bright, and quiet house. Good for families.

Giuseppe's cottage and garden is beautiful. We can see a lot of love and care has been put into the cottage, including the stone and masonry, i.e. the little lizards carved into the door step. We were very lucky we got to stay so close to the mountains and the view was amazing. Everything was convenient especially the free bus travel into Annecy city center. Best accommodation so far on Airbnb! :)

We loved our stay at Serina's chalet. It was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. The location was great - a peaceful neighbourhood within 5 minutes walk of a local supermarket and cheese shop (and tasty pizza takeaway place), 10 minutes walk to the lovely town centre square, 10 minute walk through the woods / along the river to the ski lift, and a bus stop just outside. We rented skis from Xtreme Glisses just next to the ski lift so could leave our skis and boots there and didn't have to carry them. The chalet had everything we needed and we particularly appreciated all the 'essentials' that were available for us to use in the chalet, including basic cooking and kitchen supplies such as oil, salt, sugar, herbs, tea, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, etc. The beds were comfortable, the dining/sitting/kitchen area was great and there was a useful room for storing kit near the front door. There was also a selection of games and puzzles too. Thank you!

Our stay went very well, everything was fine and Jérôme was available and accommodating for the questions we had. The amenities of the house are very adapted and complete for family gatherings (fireplace, home theater, functional kitchen, jacuzzi etc.). Overall, a very nice living room with room for everyone to relax and share good meals. We made us feel at home!

We had a very nice week at Adrien's place, a beautiful and peaceful setting. Thanks for the little check-in gifts. The accommodation is 15 minutes from the Morzine gondola that provide access to the Portes du Soleil ski area. There are also a lot of activities nearby for non-skiers. We were able to meet Adrien on the Avoriaz station where he is checked. Very attentive host, concerned that everything goes smoothly, available and has great tips. Thank you!
