Holiday rentals with beach access in Aparecida Beach

Our experience was wonderful! Leonardo responded very quickly no matter the time of day, we arrived early and he cleared our entrance, and as soon as we left the cleaning lady was already there to arrange the apartment for the next people. The place is very nice, quiet, has 3 markets very close, crossed the street this on the beach (which is amazing, and it was very safe, we always left things alone and nothing was stolen), the fair is less than 5 minutes walking, everything is perfect and safe. We highly recommend it! We forgot something in the apartment and Leonardo answered the messages very quickly and still left at the gatehouse to pick up later. It was wonderful!

We had another amazing stay in the beach house! This is the second time we have stayed there and again it was perfect. The space is very good, well cared for and comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, which made us feel right at home from the first moment. The location is also excellent, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet environment. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend!

Our experience in João's space was excellent. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and extremely well located. We were a few steps from the beach, which brought a lot of practicality to enjoy the sunny days, as well as being surrounded by a wide variety of trades. Bakeries, markets, pharmacies, shopping malls and restaurants — all within reach, which made our routine very easy during the stay. I traveled as a family, with my wife and daughter, and the space met our needs perfectly. João was also very attentive and available to answer questions and ensure that we had the best experience possible. Without a doubt, it is a place we recommend and we would like to return at a next opportunity.

It was the third time we stayed here, and we liked it because besides having several nearby restaurants, supermarket, bakery and pharmacy, it is a very quiet place, the concierge staff are extremely gentle. Fernando as I always request, a great host.

We enjoy incredible days in the house. Very comfortable, exactly as in the pictures, everything working, I risk saying that it is one of the best houses in the condominium. Viviane was very attentive, responding quickly. We helped us a lot by putting Maria in our life, who was a super partner during our stay (beast in the kitchen). Valeu every penny invested!

My stay was just amazing! The house is wonderful, exactly as described in the listing, with everything working perfectly and very well taken care of. The hosts were exceptional: super attentive, receptive, and always available to help with what was needed. It was an experience that exceeded expectations, and I will definitely return as soon as possible. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

I and another friend were accepted at the last minute, the hosts were extremely friendly and considerate. Not counting the stay that was excellent, very clean, comfortable and didn't even take 10 minutes to walk to the beach. And speaking of the price of the stay, it was excellent VERY cheap by what it delivers. I'd like to thank the hosts again and I'm definitely going back!!!

We love our stay in the house , everything according to the photos ,the very spacious, comfortable house, the rooms all with working air conditioning, great pool for leisure , very good barbecue area, large kitchen with everything we need. very close to the beach , nearby market, restaurant . Very good place, condominium well cared for and with various activities to do. Apto is well located, front c to the swimming pool.

The stay was amazing, from days before the trip. Paulo sends clear information, videos, help with the organization and the apartment has an electronic lock that makes the checkin and check out very practical. I had an unforeseen with the entrance and he himself suggested a perfect adaptation. Apt in a modern, quiet condominium with a breathtaking view of an infinity pool facing the sea. Freezing air conditioning in the bedrooms, plus all the fans. To walk to the beach, or by bike like I did. I highly recommend, full experience!

The impeccable apartment, all clean and organized with a view of the sea. We felt at home, stayed for a week and it was an amazing experience.

This apartment is in a great part of town-Gonzaga. The beach is great with easy walking only 1 block. Grocery store, well stocked just across the street. The apartment has everything you would need. Airconditioning works well. Nice deck with views of the city and the beach. I would REALLY recommend the apartment. Plus, Sandra, your host, was responsive, and gave us a list of excellent restaurants. Finally, she hires a great cleaning person who came every weekday.

Thais' apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, with a beautiful view of Enseada beach. The building's pools are wonderful and the condominium facilities are excellent (Ice Machine, toy library and toys). Thais is also super responsive and helps with all the details and recommendations. The beach is quiet and the beach service also works really well. We highly recommend it and it's on our personal list!

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
