Stunning 50's Beach House

A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

Welcome to Torquay! Perfect location only a few minutes (2blocks) walk to beaches,shops and restaurants. Our house is 2 storey with rooftop deck, 4 bedroooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Outside there are 2 entertainment areas with bbq and outdoor seating. Central heating and air conditioning plus gas log fire. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large smeg oven and walk in pantry. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans as well.

Our home is perfectly located just off the world famous Great Ocean Road. The first thing that guests will notice is the spectacular view of the ocean from our very private deck. Our little beach house is in the heart of Aireys Inlet, the location could not be better - its only a short walk to everything - the Aireys Pub, beaches, shops and cafes. This is the ideal place for the weekend get away or beach holiday. It has a spacious back verandah with BBQ and a front deck with lighthouse views. Now with WiFi and Netflix!
