Holiday rentals with a pool in Appiano Sulla Strada del Vino

Bruno is very friendly and attentive to answer any questions that arise. The place is quite comfortable and nice. It has plenty of cooking utensils. The location is good for traveling to different places but in Auto. We were left with the desire to swim a bit, but the Pool was not available due to the cold and rainy season.

Fantastic apartment, beautiful the two large windows that open to the private garden. Beautiful garden and olive grove!! Large bathroom, functional kitchen! I'd love to live there!!😉 Host Maurizio is very helpful, a guy with a nice smile that we were happy to meet!

We had a great time. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Both indoors and by the pool. It is super located for shopping, picking up rolls and to the water/center it is also not far. We would come back again and again.

Apartment is located on the ground floor with parking view. This is in building 6. You need to go with Your ski equipment 100m go up the hill to the ski lift. But still is not far. I can fully recommend this apartment if You are looking for place to stay during ski trip.

Ezio and Giulia's welcome were beautiful and punctual, they explained everything to us and were always available. Beautiful place, wonderful home and hot tub. In the morning we left to go skiing 35 minutes from the house, in Folgaria, and we were back in the evening. Heating, amenities, cleanliness, decor, and many great options! Definitely worth coming back. And also a lot of space outside for our dog.

Haus Seline is a "home away from home". You immediately feel at home. The house is furnished with care and good taste. The entire furnishings are of very high quality. The complex around it is beautiful with various places that invite you to linger. Those who like to eat well are in good hands in Trentino. Even within walking distance, there is a good selection of different restaurants. There are countless beautiful hiking trails nearby, which are also excellent for walks with a dog. Helmuth is a fantastic host who had best recommendations for the different requests we had. We also particularly liked the little touches that were available in the house as a welcome greeting. It's these little things that often make a big difference. We will definitely be back to enjoy the great view over the Nonstal. Thank you for a vacation that will be remembered for a long time!

We had a wonderful family time . The views from the deck are breathtaking. Retractable roof over the deck allowed us to spend time outside even during rain. Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to cook dinner. Although absence of the AC could be a problem we had a good luck with the weather and enjoyed our time!

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

We had a fantastic week in the house: she was sparkling clean, nicely decorated and the ideal base to discover the beautiful surroundings (Merano, Bolzano, Trente, but also Laces has a lot to offer and is the starting point of many beautiful walks). The hosts were very thoughtful (thanks again for the nice surprises) and reactive.

Nice residence, modern and comfortable furniture with many attached amenities for children, very quiet location and with a nice view from the terrace.

Had a nice stay with 4 adults and 2 babies. Host arranged a second baby cot for us which was very thoughtful. The apartment has nice clean facilities and extensive kitchen and spacious living room. Everything that was described was present. The beds were a bit harder than we were used to, but maybe someone else would like this. We came for winter sports and this location is a good base between the different areas. From the apartment with the stroller on the road is a challenge due to the steep streets.

Thank you so much. We had a fabulous week in Riva and loved the apartment. It was really clean, walking distance to the restaurants, lake, main town and all amenities. We all loved the swimming pool, especially the children and enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment complex. We will definitely be back! Grazie mille!!

We chose the place for a few days rest. Lake Tenno is a great 5-minute walk via a footpath (with steep stairs) just behind the house or reachable in 3 minutes by MTB. Were at the lake for 2 days - including swimming and did a very nice MTB bike tour (Vespana tour no. 740). Highly recommended - especially the refreshment at the San Pietro refuge. Food options in the small village of Tenno are limited, but a few minutes by car you can reach nicer places. The kitchen in the apartment is super equipped and we usually took care of ourselves and enjoyed our food on the large terrace. Also very nice pool area - all around the grounds far larger than you can see in the photos and description. We can only confirm the other positive reviews. Very nice apartment, clean and spacious and very nice hosts. There is even a way to charge the electric car directly at the house.

Good location, friendly Joachim, a bright apartment with balcony, pool, very suitable as accommodation. Also easily accessible to the old town.
