"La Fortezza" villa overlooking the sea

La Fortica is a villa surrounded by greenery and the absolute tranquility of its private park, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, oak grove and orchard. It is located in the hillside, just 6 km from the crystal clear sea of Polignano a Mare (BLUE FLAG SINCE 2008 and 5 SAILS LEGAMBIENTE) with its wonderful sea caves to be discovered with boat trips. The villa is made exclusively of stone, wood and glass on two levels, and is characterized by the presence of one hectare of park, a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, a solarium. Inside the park, to stay in perfect shape during your vacation at the fortress, available to guests (free of charge), a GYM EQUIPPED with elliptical, bench and handle, box bag and gloves, total body tool. The wood-burning oven and barbecue are available for guests to prepare and enjoy outdoor pizzas, muffins, and barbecues. The panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the expanse of olive trees, white farmhouses, sky and sea, is about 40 sqm and is furnished with a large dining table in the shade of three oaks that "emerge" from the garden below: the wooden sundeck was built respecting the presence of trees through the making of sunbeds in correspondence with the logs. Within the La Fortezza park, you will find flowers and scents and many corners of paradise: rock seats where you can sit and read a book or listen to music, wooden loungers to sunbathe and enjoy the sunset breeze. You can pick seasonal fruits directly from the trees to taste the fantastic flavor. In the orchard two rows of lavender to smell your closets in the city! The park is fully enclosed with electric gate, alarm system and private surveillance service.

Casa de Pedra, jacuzzi externa, Cisternino/Ostuni

Uma Lamia antiga, recentemente restaurada, localizada no campo no famoso Valle d'Itria, entre Cisternino e Ostuni, a 25 min das praias e apenas a 15 min das vilas mais populares da Puglia. Viva o charme de hospedar-se numa casa de 300 anos, com tetos abaulados e paredes de pedra. Se perca no tempo sentado no pátio contemplando o terreno de 30 mil m2 com oliveiras e um muro com videiras seculares. Aproveite as noites frescas do campo tomando um drink na jacuzzi externa ou preparando um churrasco.

Small cottage with large private pool

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place: silent, smiling, not at all isolated and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The neighbourhood has few residents, few motorcars, and for that it results safe for those families with children of tender age.

Beautiful stone house 'Lamia Doppia' in Puglia

Situada no Vale D’Itria, famoso pelos ‘trulli’ e pela produção de azeite extravirgem, a Lamia Doppia é uma construção antiga típica local e totalmente reformada. Encontra-se imersa entre oliveiras e escondida em um pequeno paraíso rural a apenas 20 minutos de praias de areia branca e mar turquesa, e a apenas 5km de um dos mais belos borgos da Itália: Cisternino. Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
