Wonderful stay, super cozy and comfortable apartment, with all the utensils we need, not to mention in the wonderful space of the flat, seashore and swimming pools.

Perfect location for the family, complete condominium, great infrastructure with soccer field, volleyball, swimming pool and restaurant. On the beach and very close to the beach park. Very attentive owner, everything perfect when we arrived and took care of everything we need. Very good New Year's Eve party at the condo, best place! Would recommend!

The apartment is really nice. Comfortable and true to the description. It is well located. The common spaces of the condominium are very well cared for, beautiful. A tip for those who will enjoy the beach: light umbrella. Since there is no beach stalls nearby it is important to have cooler and Guarda sun in order to be able to spend more time and enjoy the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet.

It was an incredible stay, we were very surprised by the stay and the readiness support offered by José. The accommodation had everything we needed, even toy for our daughter. condominio is wonderful, with an excellent pool, attentive and always willing providers. We managed to walk to Beach Park, we even returned by the beach as the condominium is foot in the sand, it takes approximately 8 minutes to walk. Everything was wonderful. I recommend the accommodation to everyone.

This is our second time staying at this apartment. It's a find! Bed linen is impeccable and of excellent quality, clean bathrooms, in fact, all very well taken care of, kitchen with working utensils, freezer and even floor clothes. There are 3 SUITES WITH air CONDITIONING, that is, you host 8 people with great comfort. The town of Aquaville has a food square that works at night with hot dogs, hamburger, pasta, pizza, acai, snacks, in addition to non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. The position of the block is in front of the lake and close to the beach with private entrance. Great fun for the entire family. With regard to the guest, I also give 5 stars! Mr. João is thoughtful, polite and helpful. We will certainly be back.

House is just like the ad: it was clean, organized is quite cozy. The host is very attentive and understanding, and whenever we need it, he was available to clarify any questions or even to give some local tip. I will return for sure.

Our stay was wonderful, everything as planned, the place is great for those who want to rest and are looking for a stay away from the crowds on the beaches of Fortaleza. The Condominium is impeccable, everything works well and has everything we needed. Next time I go, I'll just stay there, without tours of the surroundings because you don't even need to, after all the condominium beach is enough. I do not recommend it for those who want to keep going back to Fortaleza because it is far away and you end up wasting a lot of time commuting. I'll be back for sure, you can count on it, Mariana.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, comes with everything you need to have a wonderful stay; it has a unique beach view, having breakfast every day with that sea view is unforgettable. Everything was spotless, Matheus, an excellent host, he was very attentive , good communication, very polite, he welcomed us with typical Brazilian chocolates, small detail that I loved! The Condominio Terra Maris is quiet, has parking, swimming pool, green space, outdoor furniture, a private beach with two quinchos and a volleyball court. I recommend this place and would definitely come back.

It was all wonderful! The place is amazing with many leisure areas and activities, the children loved! Apto is excellent, it has everything we need and quite orgazinhado and clean. This is our second time going to that apt. The place is amazing, it has the beach park structure, employees and activities of the group. Although it does not have free access to the park,it is glued to it. It has a direct access to the beach. The room is well equipped and faithful to the photos. Ideal for all ages!

Second time I rent Gerson and Pedrita's apartment and I feel at home! Organization, cleaning, structured condominium, bedding and towels… all exceptional! The smallest details are carefully arranged by the hosts (I loved the banana cake!). Every penny paid is worth it. I will come back more often.

We spent amazing days with the family, the condominium is spectacular, there are restaurants, a mini market, a food truck with pizza, hamburgers, açaí. Apartment near the beach. Mario was always available, responding promptly. We loved it and hope to be back soon.
