QUIET two steps to the beach and the port,

Recently renovated little house with terrace and garden in the very quiet area of La Genette. 100 m max: shops, doctors, casino, walk in the parks and seaside. Self-service bike station. Beach,Downtown,Old Port and cinema are a 10-minute walk away. The house is perfect for hosting a couple with 1 or 2 children. It would become UNCOMFORTABLE for 4 ADULTS. (BEDROOM #2 IS VERY CRAMPED AND FURNISHED WITH 70CM WIDE BEDS)

It is an authentic cabin, with an oyster pond, it is located in my garden ,on the harbor of La Teste It is a quiet place close to Arcachon, in summer you are close to the ocean beaches. In winter, you can find the pleasure of the wood fire, and walks in the forest or by the sea. You can hire bicycles, 800 meters from the cabin.
