Nishimura Mansion is an old-fashioned Nara Machiya that has been a picture of Nara-cho for over 100 years. When I was a kid, my grandmother, I spent a lot of time here. Nara-cho has always been a pleasant place to visit. “For the next generations, I want to make it a little bit more comfortable.“ I took care of the Nishimura Mansion, which was vacant. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Conveniently located a 6-min walk from Kintetsu Nara Station. An ryokan style with a Japanese garden. The tatami room is perfect for small children. This house has excellent accessibility for sightseeing with an emphasis on Nara. At the same time, you can experience true Japanese tranquillity not found in other tourist destinations. My house is perfect for families or groups of guests. (98 ㎡, 3LDK) There is a supermarket nearby and the kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook your own meals. Located 4 minutes on foot from JR Nara Station and 12 minutes from Kintetsu Nara Station, the house is very accessible by bus and rail. Therefore it is very convenient to go sightseeing in Osaka, Kyoto and the World Heritage sites in Nara from my house. The limousine bus between Nara Station and KIX is also very convenient.
