Holiday rentals in Arachthos Potamos

Clean, tidy place. Although not so big in size, it was quite enough for our family of five. All the amenities of the house are present — washing machine, large refrigerator, oven stove, air conditioning, a large number of dishes. Recommended !!!

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. Excellent and recommended. Short walk to the center of the village. Very responsive and caring host. Beautiful welcome. There is a convenient washing machine and dryer to operate. Many, many thanks!!

Very friendly guests, very nice and clean place with great view. Good location to use as a base to visit several places in less than an hour.

We were completely satisfied with our stay! The location was great, offering peace and beautiful atmosphere. The home was great, clean, comfortable, and thoughtful to the last detail. The people who manage it were extra friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Tasos, making us feel really welcome. We will definitely visit it again and highly recommend it!

A perfect place to relax. We wanted to go see Ioannina, but as soon as we arrived, the place, the animals, and the absolute peace/quiet this place offers you, makes you want to spend a few more hours there. Mr. Tasos is a great host. He bought us tsipouro and wine. Everything is impeccable. 20 minutes drive from the city of Ioannina.

I spent a lovely 9 days in this comfortable and spotless studio. Theofilos bent over backwards to make my stay unforgettable.

Christos and his wife were extremely welcoming and helpful. The place was very clean with everything we needed. Clean drinking water, hot water to shower. They showed us where to park on arrival. The view is AMAZING and so is the town. We loved it. PS.: the people of the town are very hospitable, we highly recommend going out for coffee and to eat.

Fantastic place and Mrs. Evelina is a very sweet and wonderful person! The house was perfect and the owner had made sure to equip it with anything you can imagine. He had already filled the kitchen with breakfast ingredients. Juices, bun, jams, milk, butter, olive oil, coffees we hardly had to buy anything ourselves. The tranquility of the location along with the great view was 10/10!!
