This is a newly remodeled modern two story two bedroom condo located at Bahia Marina in Ingleside on the Bay. Water views from every room. Sliding glass doors on upper and lower level lead to the back patios and boat slips. Pool, boat ramp and BBQ restaurant on property. The location is on an active marina and can be busy on weekend and holidays. Bedrooms downstairs. living room, 1/2 bath, laundry and kitchen up stairs. Ask about boat and trailer parking. Great fishing/boating location.

The absolute BEST spot to view the fireworks, boat parades, coastal birds and all the things Rockport is famous for. Enjoy afternoon shade, gentle sea breezes and the world's BEST margarita (-the Yarbarita!), delivered right to your front porch chair. From here you can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing.
