Extremely cozy and clean house, really worth the price! The location is right next to the Central Square, close to the market and many other shops and cafes. We will definitely choose this place again.

We spent a week in Sarah’s cabin. It is a peaceful area and the cabin was amazing. Due to some problem in smaller cabin, we were upgraded to bigger one. It had everything you could need. The cabin is very warm despite temperatures below 0. There are supermarkets in walkable distance. We recommend Gugo Gago, it had the biggest sortiment. If you wanna spend some peaceful time in Gyumri, this is it.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, beautiful and relaxing. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites. The owner, Daniele, is very nice and replies to messages quickly. The two restaurants he recommended were both excellent. Thank you so much!
