I recommend Marcia's apartment. The view of the beach is spectacular, very close to places to eat and walk at all hours and the port and dock for boat rides or sailing to the different beaches of Arraial. I would definitely return

We had 11 nights a family of three kids. The complex is spectacular has activities for all ages. Very safe place across the street from the beach. We ordered an electric turkey because there wasn't and they brought us a new one right away. I highly recommend it.

Thais is very solicitous and kind ... responds quickly and always pays a lot of attention. The location is great. The apartment is the same shown in the photos but it is a little smaller than I imagined, it is ideal for couples. The pool is also really good. Because it is condominium we need to keep an identification bracelet during the entire period of lodging in which it could not be removed, it was a little boring more than anything that would hinder the lodging. On the street of the condominium there are several stalls with food/ snacks which is great but the price is a little pulled, overall it was a great accommodation and super recommended.

Our stay in the depto was amazing. I have no words to thank Ricardo and Natali, for the good hospitality, good predisposition at all times... the apartment is impressive. As seen in the photos t more! fully equipped, a beautiful view, smell clean in all rooms, the terrace is a luxury and the complex is very good! The pool is incredible. Just thank you for the opportunity to have met them and be able to enjoy the stay at full. Thank you!

I loved the accommodations in Alice's apartment! The site is wonderful, with 24-hour security, an amazing pool and a self-service restaurant with a very varied menu. The condominium also has a mini market, ideal for last-minute shopping, and its location makes it easy to order Uber and order delivery through iFood, without any problem with deliveries. My children loved the atmosphere, especially the lagoon. Also, the beach of Monte Alto is simply wonderful! The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and security. Definitely an excellent experience!

The stay was excellent. The house matches what was shown in the photos and descriptions. The condominium is extremely safe, calm and the infrastructure even better than the one described in the ad. Obviously because it is a beach house, it is subject to natural wear, but with bathrooms in PERFECT condition, kitchen in very good condition and very welcoming living and dining room, especially for family groups. The rooms are good size with air-conditioning working perfectly. I suggest to guests more "boring" to bring personal bedding as the provided is basic but still quite comfortable and functional. The host Márcio was always quick and helpful, as was his employees. It is a pruning in the area of the outdoor shower because nature is fulfilling its role. Voltaria no doubt, although the displacement requires a few extra minutes due to high season. In short: STAY TOP! Excellent cost-benefit ratio.

A warm and carefully decorated atmosphere. The reception was impeccable, extremely attentive and friendly, which made us feel right at home from the first moment. The surrounding area is calm and pleasant, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the stay.

Eleomar is an excellent host, all of our questions were removed and she was always ready to help and responded to messages very quickly. Super easy to get to! The very well equipped and safe home. The house is beautiful, super well divided, swimming pool and wonderful barbecue! We have great days! Great house for resting, having a barbecue and staying in the pool. Casa super clean! Our stay was wonderful , Enrico was a great host , the apartment is great , excellent condominium for family and children , condominium restaurant with homemade food and a fair price, we went by car (15min) to the best beaches of downtown. We will definitely return.

Thiago and Viviane are excellent hosts. They received us when we arrived and passed some instructions of the property and condominium. They answer questions quickly and are super polite and helpful. Note 10!! The property is a cute, very fresh. The super-equipped kitchen, with many utensils that we use on a daily basis. It was all clean, smelling bedding and the new furniture and the beds are comfortable. The condominium is excellent. My family and I literally felt like home!

The listing is exactly as described in the listing. Unbeatable location. The surroundings are quiet and with all amenities nearby. The view of the apartment is amazing, beachfront. It has the basics to spend a few comfortable days. The condomino is really cute. Renata was a very good host, quickly answering all inquiries.
