Florence is always very friendly. We had smooth communication the whole time. He even made great suggestions for places to eat. We were greeted with some welcome chocolates. The apartment was spotless and clean. The really wonderful location, for me in the most beautiful areas of Pucón. The concierge of the condominium, Mauricio, a loving person. And the pool was super clean and we really enjoyed it too. Without a doubt, we would choose this stay again.

The apartment is spacious, cozy, fully stocked with everything we needed. The view of the lake is beyond gorgeous, and our host was always responsive to all our questions. The building is in a quiet and private closed condominium, safe for taking a slow walk at any time of the day or night, and with a plaza for kids to play. All in all, staying here was an absolute joy!

The stay was great, Don Marcelo and his family are very pleasant. The apartment has everything you need and has a great location, you can reach the center by walking and is a few minutes from the bus terminal.

Modern, spotless apartment with wonderful balcony and secure parking. Nataly was the ideal host: excellent communication before and during our stay and we appreciated the sparkling wine she left for us in the fridge. The walk into the centre of Pucon took about 30 mins. We walked downhill and took an Uber back. Thanks for a wonderful stay Nataly.

Nothing to repair, everything was very good, included everything you need, quiet and beautiful environment, walking to the center was only 10 minutes, which makes it perfect, very grateful for the hospitality and kindness, I would definitely come back’

Very cozy apartment with everything you need, the best is the surroundings as it is super quiet ideal for rest. Only a small detail with the sign of Entel that inside the apartment completely disappears.

Very comfortable apartment for a family of 6, bring my pillows which is something we always do. It has a small terrace with partial lake view, the facilities are upscale. Do not forget to bring detergent and 500 coins for washing in the laundry room of -1, washing costs $2,000 and dry another $2,000 more, the only thing is a dryer or hanger of towels for washing terrace. We fully enjoyed the lake and the pool. We 100% recommend the place.

We spent an added stay in that apartment with the family. The view is spectacular and I would return with pleasure. Everything is clean and well furnished. My children took advantage of the "Club House". The only downside is that there is only one washer / dryer throughout the building and I had to go down and up several times because the washer was always occupied. Thanks to Lydia for the communication, her quick and friendly response.

The experience at Faby's apartment was great. The place is beautiful and the apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped. Faby was an excellent host, very attentive and concerned with all the details for an excellent stay. The building and all its common spaces are excellent. The super complete apartment, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 adolescents). Bicycles to tour a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

The apartment is very comfortable and functional. We had apprehensions for just having a cabin in the children's piece, but it's pretty safe for an 8-year-old. It has everything you could imagine to feel at home, from kitchen utensils, toiletries, bathrooms, etc. Although the location and access by vehicle is something to Trasmano (close to the center but without simple vehicular crossing), it is fully compensated for the features of the depto. and for Juan Pablo's kindness and kindness. He helped us a lot with an inconvenience with some noisy renters and was always attentive to our requirements. He personally welcomed us and explained the details of the depto. as well as near commerce data and rides. In short, excellent and highly recommended! We would definitely return

The location is fine, albeit a bit far from downtown. It's easy to get around in Uber, but I had a problem the day I was leaving: I needed to be at 7 in the terminal to follow south and from 6:30 I didn't get Uber, one just showed up at 7:15. It seems like, because of the night activity, the services start later. Apart from that, the environment is very quiet, the place was good and I would recommend it. I'd stay again.
