Cozy Hideaway

My Cozy Hideaway is close to Eaton Canyon. The name says it all: the studio apartment is nestled beneath a 100-year old pine tree in a quiet neighborhood. If you like succulents, you'll enjoy my gardens. The backyard has a gas barbecue grill and several eating & sitting areas. It is good for couples or business travelers. Couples with an infant or small child are also welcome to book since the daybed is an additional sleeping area. Please tell me if you need the daybed made up for sleeping.

Cozy studio with private entrance, remodeled, locate behing the house, the door is green color. bright space and very clean. Gel memory foam mattress, Eco A.C. Smart TV. Vinil floor. Fast Wifi signal and two small patios. Coffe station and microwave. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. Parking free around the house. Close to the Walmart and Target stores, also small shopping centers, restaurants, City of Hope, Santa Anita Mall, Monrovia Down Town and Metro golden Line (1.6 mil).

The location is most ideal as it is just a short 10min walk from enjoying the nature trails of canyon park, and the wonderful dining, cafes, and bars of Old Town Monrovia. Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. If you need separate rooms, both are available for rent. Both have same structure. Smoking of marijuana/any drugs is strictly prohibited! There will be a $50 fee charged for any evidence of smoking/drug use on the premise. Late check out is $50 for every 5 minutes past the check out time of 11AM.

Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.
