Bungalow holiday rentals in Ards and North Down

Coast road cottage was just perfect for what we needed. Peaceful, private and serene, with amazing views of the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed the binoculars, sitting in the porch watching the birds and boats going past. The cottage was spotless, with everything you needed in the kitchen and the bed was so comfy. The cottage has so much room and is so cosy, with an amazing dining table, we loved sitting here playing games and karaoke, lots of laughter had. All the little touches are very thoughtful for guests. We really didn’t want to leave. Thank you Conor and Jade for accommodating our last minute booking, with great communication and for the welcome pack, we really appreciate it. We look forward to a return visit, hopefully soon. Lovely decor. Cosy. We loved the original features of the house and how they had been worked with in the design. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Overall, it was a very relaxing place to stay. Fantastic views of the sea and the beach and the coast from the big windows and the outside seating area. Perfectly located to get to places of interest on the east and north coasts. We particularly enjoyed Giant's Causeway. Would love to stay there again.

Wonderful hospitality. If you are debating this or a hotel, take this place! It's much more fun with gorgeous ocean views. Our kids loved climbing the sea rocks. Kudos to our caring and responsive host.

The stay at Trevor's house was very pleasant. The house lived up to the description in every way and Trevor was a very nice host.

As soon as we entered the boat house it felt magical. It really is beautiful and we had a very cosy few days. The sea sounds and view through the window make tranquil surroundings to feel truly away from it all. Really easy to get into central Belfast on the train or toward Larne. Great connections. A big thank you Carol our host for a perfect stay.

A perfect base for a trip to the Mournes. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless with the added luxury of the hot tub which was so nice to come back to after a days hiking. Pauline was a very friendly and welcoming host who laid out some lovely extra personal touches for us. She also recommended dinner to us in the nearby Kilmorey Arms hotel with complementary transport and a discount voucher . We availed of this and it was a first class experience. Thank you Pauline , we would love to return again

Everything was great for our large family. The house is long and has multiple common areas, so the kids could play or watch tv and it never disturbed the rest of us and adults didn't need to stay quite when the kids went to bed. The Wifi is well setup with repeaters around the house. Gary even decorated for Christmas with a tree set up and plenty of other decorations which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hillcrest View.

A wonderful place to stay for a family holiday of 4 generations. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, had comfy beds and 2 large beautiful bathrooms. The enclosed garden was a perfect place for my 2 year old grandson to explore while my mum could sit and relax. Location was beautiful with a short walk to the harbour, Southern Upland Way and local play park. Katie was welcoming and super responsive getting a travel cot to the property on the first day after me forgetting to add it in the booking. Hope to be back!

I stayed at the cottage for 9 nights, it is very cosy & warm with all I needed for a relaxing stay. .Anne was on hand for any queries that I had. But the icing on the cake was Sam the Collie always there to welcome me morning & night with his ball, he loves chasing it & bringing it back. I was visiting family & will definitely use Brian in the future.

Trevor's bungalow was ideal for us, we were visiting family in the area and my elderly parents were also staying with us. The bungalow was easy to find and it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The private garden was lovely in the good weather. Very handy for the City Airport and Sydenham train station. We would have no hesitation in booking again and Trevor was very responsive if we needed anything.

Quite simply gave to say that the home is a wonderful property that is finished a over and beyond (looks even better in real life) Rick is a gent who went out of his way to make sure all was 100%. Top hosts with a top home👌

This is the third time we have stayed here and it is a beautiful place with stunning surroundings. Ann is great and really helps our team when they arrive ahead of our event in Newry up until we leave. We couldn't recommend this home more.

We really enjoyed our stay at Valerie's place, it felt like a home away from her home. Great location right next to the sea.
