Andrés is an excellent Host, kind, attentive, and excellent communication. The apartment is very nice, spacious, clean, with a nice view, I would always come back. It has a bathroom and a half. Great water pressure. And the bed was very comfortable. The ares is very good, there are many shops nearby. Thank you Andres!

I want to make a fair and honest review on my stay. The place is well located for anyone visiting BA. The amenities in her building are great. When we arrived the place was not very clean, towels were old and looked very stained the comforter and bed sheets need replacing but the sheets were clean. In her behalf, after communicating with her, she sent her cleaning lady and she had the place cleaned for us. This is why we continue with our stay there. I hate to not give her all the ⭐️ but I would be misleading to anyone of my fellow travelers as my experience was not perfect when I arrived from a 10 hr flight ✈️. We had issues with the water heater and couldn’t shower the first night. But to be fair she did fix ALL the issues and my stayed was better afterwards. She replaced the towels for new ones and had the apt cleaned up upon request and had someone fix the water heater. I am sure in the future travels this place will be immaculate. I would definitely 💯 recommend this place.

Great place for my first visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommend as it has incredible views is in a quieter part of town and feels very secure. Augusto was very communicative and accommodating.

I had a very nice stay. This is a well appointed, nicely maintained space. It's a good value, too. The rooftop pool was a plus. The host's communication was prompt and helpful.

The stay in the apartment was as we expected. The place is very clean , the area is amazing and there is a quiet in the wonderful area. We went with children so a few blocks away there is a rest Aimé Lounge that has a player ! We'll be back

The apartment is located in San Telmo and there's many nearby restaurants, cafes and supermarkets walking distance. The building has 24 hour security so they will buzz you to enter or leave. Initially had issues with security with giving me the right key but Laura was available immediately and settled the issue. The apartment listing is straightforward. Has a great view of the city. The building complex has a gym, an outdoor pool ( which minors cannot access ), another pool on the 27th floor ( minors can enter but was open after 6pm ). Its a great location and nearby main tourist attractions like city centre, san telmo and boca I would recommend this place and I would stay here again

The apartment matches the photos! it is very spacious and comfortable! It is in a quiet area, in its vicinity there were many bars and restaurants to know. Communication with Natalia was very good and always predisposed

Beautiful condo in the heart of Palermo, the gym and pool were a nice bonus. Communication and support from the host was fantastic. Great security. Highly recommend if you’re in BA.

Had a great stay at Martina's place! They were welcoming and responsive, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-located.

The place is wonderful, the environment is very nice and the kids were entertained with the pool and game room. We had a big group and were very comfortable. We were also recommended by a person who went to cook us, a very good asado, great food and service. Always helpful hosts with our needs. The place is retired from downtown, making it quiet and private. We were able to rest and share as a family. The house has several environments, a large dining area and kitchen. Everything was very clean, there was Mucama service and dry breakfast. Highly recommended

We had a beautiful experience. We were a large group of families and couples and each had their privacy. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Monica, who was the one who received us, was very attentive when we consulted if we could temper the pool (although in the description it clarified that it was only for winter season) took the boiler and we were able to use it at all times. We only had one problem with the hot water that was quickly fixed. The location is very accessible and comfortable.

The House surprised us positively! Very comfortable, organized and clean. The condominium is very well located, wooded and beautiful. Sebastian always answered us quickly and helped us in everything we need.

The house in the chacra is dreamed of. For lovers of privacy, tranquility, the sea and the sounds of nature, it is the ideal space. It offers incredible views, for its oceanfront location and, as if it were not enough, the lagoon and pool illuminated, they finish completing the concept. For the discerning ones we love the kitchen, the equipment is perfect. The quality of the tableware/kitchen instruments/ appliances, all super complete added to the bedding, linen, sommiers, the cleanliness of each space, and still the smell of new home and wood, make the experience very enjoyable. The landlords are loving, well predisposed and very respectful. To take into account, the house is located within a chacras field, where there are 60 more houses, but the location of this brand new construction, is away from the rest and makes you feel all the exclusivity and privacy, in the middle of nature. We felt at home. We'll be back soon.

The house is extremely comfortable, both the rooms and the living areas; the kitchen is well equipped. It has everything one expects, and also everything works. It has a quincho also well equipped and comfortable. The house is in height and very nice views, the property is very spacious and the garden cared for. The area is very nice; it is inside a closed neighborhood with security - which gives it extra tranquility - but being so big there are walks to do inside the neighborhood. In addition, both Cristian and Mrs. Ermy who is in charge of maintenance respond quickly to any questions. Undoubtedly an excellent option, super-recommendable.
