Holiday rentals in Arida District

It was a renovated facility with an old house, so it was very nice to have a stylish theater and kitchen, but it was a great place to stay.There was also a sea, hot springs, and delicious rice restaurants around the inn, so I enjoyed it very much!

Beautiful well preserved Japanese traditional house. Spacious and homey as described. There is a nice and quiet courtyard as well. Really love the citrus there. A convenient store is just within walking distance. Staying here is enjoyful and relaxing. Our host is always responsive and provided almost all amenities we need during the stay. Hope we would have a chance to stay here next time. Tips for height more than 175cm people, you should be careful about the beams over your head.

We loved our stay. Fumi and Toshi are the nicest people, and they were so generous with us. From meeting us at the train station on our arrival, helping us with the supermarket, explaining where to go and how to get there - nothing was too much trouble. There were so many Japanese experiences we enjoyed that would not have been possible without their help. The house is great, full of character, plenty of room, and everything you need is there. We were kept very warm with the heaters plus the charming fire (thankyou Toshi!) and the area is very quiet. The nearby train station meant getting to places like Koyasan was very easy. Fumi's breakfasts were incredible too, delicious works of art. The whole package is a great experience and a real standout in terms of hospitality.

I used it as a place to stay for a fishing expedition. The owner gave me recommendations for fishing spots, and my friend was able to catch squid!!Thank you! We also appreciate your prompt attention to any questions you may have at check-in. The room was lovely and comfortable. Thank you!

My group used two of Lee’s homes for our stay about a 10 minute walk from one another. Both were pristine and stocked with everything we needed for the stay. The surrounding farmland and mountains were stunning with farm animals, fruit orchards, rivers and shrines all within walking distance. The area is remote and quiet, and beautiful despite our visiting in winter. I would highly recommend visiting if you are interested in seeing the rural side of Japan or just need a place to relax and reflect.

I usually stayed in a hotel home for the New Year, but I stayed at Hiroe's place with a view and quaint view.It was ok for pets, but the cats were refused, and we enjoyed it with two cats.The view from the room was really beautiful and spacious and relaxing.There was also a pot, cassette stove, and gas, so I had no inconvenience.There was a pizza pot outside, a large deck, and next time I wanted to have a BBQ in the summer.It was also nice to take a walk along the river.Hiroe, thank you so much for helping us with our luggage and preparing bread for breakfast!The bread was so delicious!

It's our family trip. We enjoy the stay very much. Thank Takuro san always provide very useful information, such as the supermarket, restaurants... We are very impressed with the paper cranes which symbol the friendship between Japan and Taiwan and also the hamdmade toast. Thank you for your hospitality!

This home was an amazing stay! It was very close to the station and walkable to convenient stores and restaurants in the area. Also, a great starting point for getting to Koyasan. The place itself was very clean, perfect place for a solo traveler, couple, or small family with kids. Mr.Genichiro provided tons of recommendations to local places to visit and some items to help with your stay. The home also had some great entertainment! One very minor con(and this may not be a con for you), is that since it is very close to the station at bedtime you can hear the trains at night, which if you are a light sleeper may affect you. But they are not super frequent so that's a good thing. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place, would totally stay again!
