Great ! 10 stars! I choose airbnb by location. Location was 1 mile from lake ( i walked to lake everyday, body beach, london bridge, channel, rotary park). Best part - downtown area was one block by walking. Bowling, resturants, bars, and shops. Smiths grocery store was 1 block by walking. I felt right at home! I cooked everyday. I felt very safe. The pool was clean and warm. The bed comfy and clean. 2 TVs had many options. Bathroom was private and clean. I had everything I needed for a whole month! Communication was great and I felt the host was available to me when I had concern or q. I highly recommend this gem! AC system and WiFi works great. 1st floor easy access. Mail delivery was easy. Had plenty of towels. I am truly greatful for this amazing gem and the location really cannot be beat. I stayed for a month without a car and explored a lot of lake havasu lake and social scene. Thank you many times to my great host! Highly reccomend to solo and family travelers! Best!

We absolutely loved the location overlooking the golf course. It was a great view and very relaxing. We were centrally located and close to everything in old town, Scottsdale and close to Tempe.

Had a great time at this spot. Super close to the water and the London bridge. The place was well maintained and offered a welcoming atmosphere.

Stayed in Scottsdale for for bike week. The location was excellent and everything was close and within walking distance definitely would consider staying there again.

Lonnie was very responsive and answered questions completely. Quickly helped us out when checking in later than expected. Condo was comfortable and convenient to all we needed to see. Thanks!

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

John and Juani were fantastic, so was their space! We had to stay about two weeks unexpectedly and it was wonderful to have a beautiful, clean kitchen and a washer and dryer. The area surrounding the Airbnb had lots of great restaurants and shopping and you could easily get further into Phoenix or Scottsdale. It was also very quiet and safe! Thank you Near it all hosts!

THANK YOU to Meridian Condo Resorts for saving my vacation. Another mgmt company (Synergy, Hosteeva, Arizona Vacation Rentals...they go by multiple names) canceled on us a day before we were arriving in AZ, without giving us an actual reason. So after the craziness of dealing with the other company, Meridian fit us in last minute and made us feel very welcome. Meridian's communication is, by far, the best I've ever experienced with any Airbnb. They replied almost immediately and were always bright and cheery. The condo itself is clean, spacious, & stocked with tons of amenities. Beds were comfy. The gym, pools, & hot tubs were clean. The pickleball courts and dog park were a nice touch. The location, walking distance to the Commons & Quarters, was very convenient. Quick drive to anything else. The mid-stay cleaning & restocking service (we stayed 3 wks) was a great surprise. Even if this condo is not available, you can't go wrong with any Meridian property. Hope to be back!

Alexandra is a great host who is very responsive. This is the 2nd time we have rented her place and we already booked for the 3rd time. Great place, pool and so close to restaurants and Old Town. I would definitely recommend this place! Looking forward to next time! Thank you, Alexandra!

Cozy location for that perfect home away from home experience. Offers every amenity you could need to feel like you never left home. Great hosts that are super responsive. Park across the street was a hidden gem, that gave us direct access for our pets to walk and play around. Wouldn’t hesitate to book location again in the future. A+++ Hosts

We went to Show Low for a girls weekend. Heather’s condo worked so well. We appreciated the split floorplan and the mattresses on both beds were great! Our only (very minor) comments are we would have liked clearer instructions for the TV and that the water pressure in the en suite bedroom was quite low. The road noise from White Mtn Blvd was noticeable but it was to be expected as it was a holiday weekend. Other than those little things, we enjoyed our stay very much.

it is a great place. one suggestion would be to have the outside patio cleaned a bit better the cushins on the couch are coming apart, as well as the outdoor rug. lotz of debris around the little planters also. also the speaker TV in the frontroom is not working properly.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool area was beautiful and the complex was quiet and felt safe. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, soaps, TP, laundry and dishwasher detergent provided. A lot of places we rent we have to bring those essentials. It is an upstairs unit. There are steps down to garage and down the front porch to sidewalk and up to the loft. Kinda wish I would not have packed such a big suitcase. Overall we enjoyed it. It was easy to find with instructions from the hosts. They even drew me a visual map. 😂

I booked an extended stay and for the entire time I was there I never had an issue and loved every minute at the Airbnb. If I ever come back to Arizona I am 100% booking with Kim again and hopefully I can get the same place. Just an overall amazing experience and I can’t recommend them enough.

Stephanie was quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo itself was very clean and felt cozy and inviting. The complex was well maintained and nicely landscaped. We enjoyed the heated pool and area.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Although we've visited Phoenix several times before, this trip was special as we stayed further out in Gilbert, Mesa. We traveled with our two daughters, ages 7 and 10, and the whole family had an amazing experience. The complex is beautifully maintained, with friendly residents and a fantastic community heated pool and hot tub. We loved the great weather, as well as the convenient shopping, restaurants, and walking paths around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. The host was always available for communication, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We developed a perfect routine of morning hikes and afternoon pool time – it truly felt like the ideal vacation.

Our family stayed here for the week of spring break. The apartment was ideal for us. Loved everything about it. The proximity to the walking path was especially nice, as well as the shopping areas. Host was immediately responsive to our one need. Very pleased by and grateful for the experience of staying here.
