Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Arkansas River

Our first time staying with and Host with Air bnb and we absolutely loved it. Lisa home was very welcoming and everything more. Would definitely stay here again. We loved Colorado so much 10/10

Pros: clean (except for nasty looking carpet) Kitchen well appointed with all our needs. Big to accommodate large group. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub (except me as I got sick soon after we arrived. That sucked. ) Cons: knew there were stairs, but had no concept of how many. Inside and out was pretty inaccessible for me. I’m not handicapped or disabled, but too old for that many. Couldn’t even get to a bathroom without climbing stairs. And that’s a problem when you’re sick! Driveway so steep even my 40 year old daughter had issues with it. Overall, it’s a nice place, just didn’t meet my needs. Hostess was kind in giving us extra time to get out as I was really sick and husband had to do everything to get us out without any help. The house was wonderful and definitely spacious. It had everything that a person needs. The bed was comfortable and clean. Our group had a great time spending it here. We would definitely recommend this house and hostess to people.

We absolutely love Gabby’s place. It’s so well thought out. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well thought out. The hot tub is awesome. I could go on and on. It’s a cozy home away from home for us. We visit our college student in Colorado Springs frequently & will always book Gabby’s place when it’s available.

What a beautiful home and stellar location right near the Rio Grande Gorge. Kat & Massimo’s home feels like part of the surroundings, tucked into the hills and piñon trees. The hike to the hot springs in the gorge is a little less than a mile (one way) from the front steps. The views from the deck with the hot tub were fantastic. The stillness and quiet of the area made disconnecting a breeze. I have stayed in other homes in Taos and this one is at the top of my list. I will be back.

This house was located near everything. It was spacious and pleasantly located. Well equipped with all the household essentials.

Table Rock Villas is a hidden gem! The pool is heated, the hot tub is ready with a bluetooth speaker next to it waiting for you to connect to it, and the outdoor kitchen and fire pit make you want to stay outdoors! The game room with free games and free laundry unit is definitely a much welcomed amenity! The location is wonderful, but do expect to cook on your own, drive a little further to restaurants and have limited delivery options. Dean and Jean went over and beyond as hosts! very communicative with the pool heater inadvertently shutting off, and even coordinated the neighbors to put our grocery delivery in our unit prior to us arriving as we were an hour behind schedule. This prevented us from losing refrigerated items. I would definitely stay here again!

Host was quick to answer all of my questions, extremely helpful! Celebrated our daughter and new husband, were able to have both families come together at this beautiful location! We will be back! Everything was ready, easy to find what we needed for cooking, so much room! I can't say enough about how pleased we are!

We had such a great experience at this property! Easy to follow rules and expectations, the home had a beautiful, interior aesthetic just like the photos. The home had plenty of linen and blankets. Small things like tooth brushes and small lotions were available in the bathrooms in case we forgot those items. The living areas had plenty of space to spread out. The host was so kind and responsive. Even though it’s winter time, looking at the pool and the small pond created a relaxing atmosphere.

Really loved the location. Close to a Walmart, Target and other restaurants that are not on the main strip for Branson. Close to attractions but not too far. Side streets help bypass the traffic to get to the attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

The outside looked like it would be smaller than we thought but once we got inside it was just as described. We had a great time and the place was very nice to stay at

Holly’s place was absolutely stunning. The property was super peaceful and private. During the fall, it feels like being in a Twilight movie! We went on a drive to one of her recommendations and it was such a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend the Talimena Scenic Byway! The house was clean, SO cozy. It was decorated for Christmas SO CUTE. We didn’t have to mess with the AC or heat; it was perfect for us. We cooked our meals in the kitchen (couldn’t find any cutting boards!) and it was well equipped!! The hot tub was so relaxing; we stargazed and saw silhouettes of deer roaming the property! The pond is so cute, we were too chilly outside to fish but we really wanted to if we had more time! We also made SO many ladybug friends 🥹 One thing to note, the indoor hot tub doesn’t get hot so we had a very short spa night Thank you Holly and staff for a beautiful stay! Will be recommending this place and hope to return!!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing. Beautiful scenery and obviously the hot tub was amazing.

Our 2nd stay at this amazing cabin in Broken Bow did not disappoint! We had an incredible Valentine’s Day weekend and already have our next anniversary trip booked in November. Can not say enough amazing things about this cabin! It’s warm, inviting and cozy. The hot tub is the deciding factor for us and it is truly a delight. 20° outside and 103° in the water! Had some dry evenings so s’mores had to happen - the fire pit is surrounded by gravel so anyone not comfortable with a fire in the woods has nothing to worry about! The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to prepare a meal - s’mores was the only thing I was cooking this time though! The local restaurants are a few minutes max from the cabin. Go check out Fish Tales - drink the wine, get the dips, try a panini. Then head back to the hot tub! A million stars!!!

An absolute perfect place to stay. My wife and I felt so cozy and at home in this amazing little cabin nestled in nature. We couldn't possibly have asked for a better place to relax, take in the beauty of nature, and recharge. The close proximity to town made it so easy to grab anything that we needed, and to take in everything Hot Springs had to offer.

Cozy and romantic! A great getaway location! Cabin was precisely advertised. Everything was clean and perfect. Check in/out was EASY. Host is an excellent communicator as well. 10/10 would stay again!

My wife and I spent the weekend enjoying each other, and this cabin was so instrumental in getting us some alone time! Billy was great to work with, and we Will definitely book again!

This was the perfect spot for a couple of worn out folks who had both grown up in the country and now live in the middle of a downtown area. It was everything we wanted, and that includes no wifi. It was fantastic to unplug from our 9-to-5s and fully be able to rest. Great to get back to our roots for a weekend! I anticipate we'll be back with our little in the future, absolutely perfect weekend!
