Family-friendly holiday rentals in Arkansas

Wow, this is THE place! I know you’re reading all the reviews and you can read how wonderful this place is but now I can tell you firsthand. You don’t need to look any further. This is the place you want to rent. It’s phenomenal! It’s located up a windy road in the piney woods and you feel like you’re all alone out there. But you’re not far from anything. Beautiful views. Great hot tub. Hot Springs is only 20 minutes away and not a bad drive at all. There are restaurants all around. The home is absolutely perfect, clean as heck, has everything you need, super comfortable. Terri will meet you and lead you up there the first time, and she is a jewel! She is so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know and was wonderful! We have never had such a welcome reception. If ever we go back to the Hot Springs Village area, we will rent this place again without hesitation.

Holly’s place was absolutely stunning. The property was super peaceful and private. During the fall, it feels like being in a Twilight movie! We went on a drive to one of her recommendations and it was such a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend the Talimena Scenic Byway! The house was clean, SO cozy. It was decorated for Christmas SO CUTE. We didn’t have to mess with the AC or heat; it was perfect for us. We cooked our meals in the kitchen (couldn’t find any cutting boards!) and it was well equipped!! The hot tub was so relaxing; we stargazed and saw silhouettes of deer roaming the property! The pond is so cute, we were too chilly outside to fish but we really wanted to if we had more time! We also made SO many ladybug friends 🥹 One thing to note, the indoor hot tub doesn’t get hot so we had a very short spa night Thank you Holly and staff for a beautiful stay! Will be recommending this place and hope to return!!

House is exactly as described on the site. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful environment. We went out to do things during the day and this was the perfect place to come back to and relax. We loved the hot tub amenity which was a bonus for us. Host gave clear instructions for how to get there on the way down making the place easy to find.

We stayed at Christine’s place with our two adult children for a quick Christmas getaway, and it was the perfect setting! So warm and inviting with lots of touches that made it feel like home…including incredible Christmas decorations and even a Christmas tree! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the hot tub was an added bonus. The Crescent Hotel is a 3 minute walk and has a great ghost tour!

We loved our stay here! Very clean and cozy! Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake!

The log cabin canine retreat was perfect! It was beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing! Our host, Mr. Davis was very responsive when messaged and made sure we were set with what we needed! Would definitely be booking another stay! :)

it's as good as all the other reviews say, it's so nice to stay here! had the best night's sleep ever, and loved the hot tub and shower and whole set up so much. would love to come back!

we surprised our younger kids ages 9 and 10 as well as our older daughter and her husband with this trip for Christmas. we rented the larger cabin for 5 nights and in addition, rented the smaller rock cabin for the last 3 nights of our stay for our daughter and son in law. The two cabins are close together but the rock cabin is tucked back near the bluff and that whole cabin feels very private. The larger cabin that we stayed in with our younger two kids had curtains up by the hot tub and that provided good privacy in that particular area. I especially loved the charm of the smaller rock cabin and we plan to return to rent that one in the future...it is so cozy and the outdoor kitchen has a great set up! As for the land itself, it is beautiful and the creek which is more like a river, is just steps away from the cabins! we fished and collected beautiful rocks! The weather was cold but everything was still perfect! Wade was the best host we've ever had and we have had many!!!

Great host and thankful for them to share this beautiful place with everyone. The neighboring furry friends were a treat. The place was cozy and inviting with fantastic views. A great way to get away and unwind with plenty of privacy.

We have stayed at Padre’s House before. If you need it … they have it! They have thought of & provide anything you may want/need for your stay! Delicious homemade cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator to boot! They respond in minutes to messages as well! We enjoy this home so much … thank you!

Gorgeous old home in a charming, vibrant Little Rock neighborhood. The house itself has so much personality! If you love homes with beautiful wood details and things like pocket doors or leaded glass, you'll adore this place. Stephanie is a warm, welcoming host, and you can have as much interaction or privacy as you want. An excellent stay!

My husband, beagle, and I absolutely loved Dana’s guest house! Beautiful surroundings with the lake and being up on the impressive cliffs with nice windows and balconies. Dana was very nice and my husband and I enjoyed getting to know her, she made us feel very welcome, just like family. We already can’t wait to come back!

Derek was a very responsive and flexible host! We asked if we could check in early and he made sure to make it happen. would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing weekend getaway! Emily was a great host and gave us a ton of recommendations. It was cold (20 deg) but we were still able to do some of the walks and explore the area. The house is fantastic! stayed warm in the cold weather, conviently located to Mountain View but also close to the road to get further north. We brought our dog and she had the best time, plenty of space and smells. The views are amazing, highly recommend, can't wait to go back!

Our group of 8 was very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and private back yard. We enjoyed cooking some meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our food. Excellent way to bring our family together from several states!

Wonderful area, quiet, and beautiful view — we saw deer in the front yard a couple times! The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable!

Our family of 7 fit comfortably in Christa's beautiful condo. We enjoyed all the amenities and loved the location. We were close to downtown Hot Springs and were able to see everything on our vacation list. The kids especially loved the pool and playing pickleball in the evenings. Wonderful family memories were made!

Such a great stay at the Chicken Coop! Walkable to downtown, Airship coffee, and trails to Crystal Bridges. On top of the generous basics (hand soap, plenty of towels, lots of plug ins) and being A+ clean, the owners included many thoughtful extras (water, snacks, coffee). We loved the ping pong table too! We really appreciated the location/privacy, easy communication with hosts, and convenience.

Beautiful location! Plenty of space for our family. Comfortable beds and couches. Appreciated the board game collection for the kids. We will have to come back in a different season to enjoy the pool.

We stayed in the Airbnb for a period of 5 weeks while our home was being renovated. It was such a beautiful house with a gorgeous view of Lake Dardanelle! It snowed almost a foot while we were there and it was so beautiful. Mike and Karin were such great hosts!

We had a fantastic stay! We had a softball team and families staying, so around 30-ish people, between Leslie’s two properties - the main house and cabin. The home is gorgeous and even more spacious than expected - both inside and outside, with thoughtful touches that made our visit comfortable and relaxing. The modern kitchen appliances and laundry machines made everything easy. The couch and beds were super comfortable, and the whole place was stocked with everything we needed—dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/body wash, paper towels, trash bags, even coffee for the drip coffee maker and more. The location is perfect - close to town yet surrounded by scenic, secluded county views. Thank you for a wonderful stay; we hope to return soon!

So Anedodi, is the best bang for the buck. I love how they have left the extras that other guest "donate" we left some beautiful florals and and other dish ware. It feels just like going to the family cabin. And that is the BIGGEST Bath tub i have ever seen in my life everyone's first response was how did they get it in here, i think they built the house around it..lol Everything is really great and when you're stressed just go have a drink on the porch and watch the sunset did wonders for my soul.. thank you so much Hilary for sharing your piece of heaven.. the Martin-Teager's although i didn't get a hyphen even on face book so scratch that Thank You, The Martin's ...lol
