Holiday rentals with breakfast in Arlington

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The clean beds and linens, along with the well-equipped kitchen utensils, truly brightened our experience. Thank you so much! Points of Concern: Due to construction on the Purple Line, the road in front of the house turned into a gravel path, which became muddy on rainy days. Additionally, the noise from construction early in the morning was somewhat noticeable. We stayed on the ground floor, and at times, we could hear voices from the basement occupants late at night. It felt like further soundproofing measures might be needed.

Faridoon was very kind, flexible and responsive. His place was very neat and matched the pictures

Our stay was comfortable, cozy, and quiet. Everything met our expectations, and the home made for a great holiday spot when we were visiting family nearby.

First experience with an Airbnb and it was great. The house was very well furnished and very clean. Lea was very responsive and kind. It was a perfect stay!

Everything was perfect. The place was amazing and so was Deanna. She was welcoming, responsive and accommodating. Will absolutely be back!

Reggie’s place is wonderful. The upstairs beds are very comfy, especially the master. It was great for our family - nice kitchen and great amount of space. We’d love to stay again!

We had a great Inaugural weekend. John was a great host who stopped by to show us everything in a well appointed house. Chargers for devices everywhere, stocked kitchen and a big screen for foul weather days. Great outdoor landscaping with lots of furnishings and grills that we couldn't use due to the season. But it will be a great place to return to in the summer season. Also, we were only 3 blocks from the subway that took us right into DC without transfers and we were right around the corner from a charming commercial strip with lots of restaurants and conveniences. Didn't need a car for three days. I will definitely be returning for future stays.

My adult kids and I wanted a place close to downtown DC for the weekend to explore. It was a perfect location and met all our needs. It was so cute, clean and very comfortable. They were incredibly helpful and very responsive with lots of great suggestions. We met and got to chat our last morning and they also suggested a running shoe store where my kids both got new shoes! Win! I would highly recommend. Great family, great vibe all around!

When I say this was an amazing stay, that doesn't quite do it justice. We gave them a round-about arrival time, and as we exited the METRO, they were waving to us from the balcony. Talk about a warm welcome. Super Friendly - we stayed outside and chatted for about 20 minutes, yes it was cold, but they we so kind and polite. Entering the apartment - CLEAN!!! smelled great, had everything we needed. All the travel guides were great, but they were available to give us the "skinny" on where we should go and what places are good to eat at. Travelling - literally...right at the crosswalk to the Stadium-Armory metro stop and it took us everywhere. Our trip was relaxing, quite, refreshing, and calm!! T and QB were amazing hosts that made our 1st vacation without the children in 5 years the best. If available, we know where we are staying our next trip to DC,

We had a lovely time in the DC apartment. Alex and Farrah were very proactive and communicative throughout the booking process and stay. The basement studio was exactly as described - it was spotless and well equipped. We plan to stay there again on our next trip to DC - highly recommend to others.

Great location, easy walk to downtown Bethesda, well connected to rest of the city. Clean, comfortable apartment. Mark was very communicative and answered our questions quickly. Would be happy to be back in the future.

Sherry was so thoughtful, kind, and attentive. We were there to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday and Sherry surprised us with birthday decorating, flowers, wine, and treats! She allowed us to check in early, and greeted us and oriented us so that we felt confident navigating our stay. The apartment was so cozy and we felt right at home. Thank you so much, Sherry!

We enjoyed our stay at John’s place. It was perfect for a few days in DC. John was so kind, even saving us a parking spot in front of the house. We were able to get started on our adventures sooner than expected due to being able to check in early. The snacks and food items provided were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. It was one block from the metro and made getting to and from DC attractions very easy.

Nadia's place was perfect for my work week in DC. The apartment was quiet and comfortable, and the tea options were spectacular. The walk to the convention center was nice, with lots of restaurant options along the way. The kitchen had everything I needed for making some meals. Nadia was very kind in her communications.

Lucia’s place was well worth cost. I Lucia in person the morning I was checking out. She greeted me with breakfast and coffee. Lucia has a very pleasant and peaceful soul. I will definitely book with Lucia again.

We had a wonderful stay at the charming Swann House -- great location, very thoughtfully appointed & breakfast was lovely too!

Laura and Raymond are so charming and very gracious hosts. I can't recommend the raisin French toast highly enough! Plus the location is so close to Woodley Park Metro the beautiful home is easy to access.

The American Guesthouse is perfect for a visit to Adams Morgan, Kalorama, or Dupont Circle North especially if you are trying to avoid big chain hotels. It is in a charming historic home that provides quiet and privacy. The location is convenient to a number of neighborhoods, the National Zoo, and Rock Creek Park. The breakfast is outstanding, and Lucia is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Checking in and out is a breeze. I will return and stay again the next time I visit Washington D.C.
