The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

Our stay was exceptional. From the moment we got to our exit we were very well assisted. The house has an excellent structure, is very well taken care of, has jacuzzi and BBQ area. We arrived and the freezer and refrigerator were already on. Very clean linen and towels were provided. As a differential they still provide beach chairs and a special affection with children's sand toys. The house is in front of the beach of João Fernandes, the most beautiful in b***s. I would like to leave a special thank you to Leni, who has welcomed us wonderfully well, very attentive, makes flawless food and makes the stay even better!!

Absolutely loved Marcelo’s place. We are a young family of 4 (with a 1 and 3 year old) and it suited us perfectly. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of Buzios and really easy to Uber everywhere. The house itself is beautiful, really homely with an amazing kitchen set up. Great if you plan to stay in some nights, which we did with small kids. Marcelo made it really special though. He was a fantastic host, gave us tonnes of really helpful recommendations and always responded immediately. He even sent us a focaccia on our first morning which was delicious. Would definitely stay again if in Buzios!

Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. Our stay was perfect! The house is exactly the same as in the photos, and has everything we needed, (water purifier, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric iron, cooler and beach chairs, among other utensils). The air-conditioning in the rooms works perfectly, it's very cold, we didn't miss anything! Toninho is a nice guy, he welcomed us with a morning snack and gave us several good tips for walking around the region!

Maravilhosa! The house is amazing and even more beautiful than in the pictures. It has a stunning view, a space that allows you a complete integration, in addition to making all the equipment available for a great stay (pans, cutlery, linens and clean towels). Township looks like it was renovated a short time, all brand new. The host is flexible and super attentive, responds super fast. We love and we will definitely return.

We love the weekend very much, the house is beautiful and cozy, super clean and organized, quiet place, a lot of peace and good energy! Near the best beaches of Buzios. The hostess Valéria was a 1000!!! Always very friendly , attentive, and answers all questions quickly. It was very kind and received us with a delicious coffee from Minas Gerais and some cold breweries. It also gave you several tips for places ,tours,restaurants. We'll be back for sure!

We loved Danuza's house, the mother was super nice, she treated us very well, the house is great, beautiful view, I made videos of the sunrise every day lol excellent location, very safe, quiet neighborhood, it was very worth it, and we have already recommended it to other people, who have already asked us about the house, we will certainly return.

Both the residence and the complex are very well maintained. It's very comfortable and functional. And the location is ideal for touring the beaches and being close to Rua das Pedras.

excellent place to host in Búzios, very close to the rua das pedras, as a reference 4 minutes walking from macdonalds, lonjas americanas, in the accommodation zero noise environment, perfect air conditioning, kitchen with everything you need, walking there is bakery, supermarket, I would definitely return. We had a wonderful time staying at Felipe's. He and his family were super communicative and helpful, giving us lots of recommendations and tips for the area. The house is AMAZING. There is a SAUNA (in addition to the pool). The house looks out on water in both directions (front and back). It's truly an incredible little spot. It felt very private, secluded, and tranquil. My only complaint.... is that we can't stay there forever. Thanks Felipe!

The house met my expectations. Not to mention Marcos, I didn't meet him in person, but he was always kind and attentive. We really liked it. We're already scheduling our next return.

The house is spectacular: the walk down to the beach is priceless. In summer the beaches get crowded (especially Joao Fernandez) and being crowded under the umbrellas is not pleasant. Here you have the option to walk on the beach for a while and combine it with the pool. Its two barbecues (quinchos) were clean, impeccable, each with their own bathroom. Location: 35 minutes walk to Rua das Pedras or 8 minutes by Uber. The Uber takes about 10 minutes to arrive. The area is very nice. The house's interior: the furniture is old and dark, but we spent a lot of time on the terrace, with an excellent view. Good mattresses, fan and air conditioning in each bedroom, we slept ok. I highly recommend it, I went with my wife and my 2 children, but the house comfortably accommodates 14, each in their own bed Greetings Nilva and Sonia

The house is great for rest: for its pool, Gourmet sector, comfort of the rooms and condominium with amenities. 10 minutes from downtown Buzios by super frequent charter if you want. Y and with a wonderful beach across the street. Highly recommended, especially for going with children
