Spectacular! The house has a breathtaking view. It is spacious, with comfortable rooms and a great terrace perfect. The caretakers Eunice and Carlos were extremely attentive and dedicated, always willing to help us and striving to address the inconveniences, which made our stay more enjoyable. A Improve: The bathrooms of the separate unit were clogged, which made them unusable and caused unpleasant odors, something particularly uncomfortable during the Christmas celebration. Also, the hot water supply in that area was insufficient and was quickly depleted. Some items advertised, such as children's toys, hammock, equipment exercise equipment, and sauna, were not available or didn't work properly. It would also be important to have more fans in the main room as the heat was intense and the only small fan was insufficient. We appreciate the effort and kindness of the staff!!

Solange's place is in front of the Joao Fernandes beach, if you are family with children it is very comfortable because you just have to cross the street! To get to the buzios center you have to take an uber and it's 9 minutes. Lene, it was one of the “highlights” of the trip, we hired her help for cleaning and cooking, she's a whole chef and made us at home like in a hotel/ restaurant! The only thing I would change about my stay is trying to go out of the high season which is January/February, otherwise everything was excellent!

Excellent place to go with family, the house is very comfortable and has everything available both in the kitchen and on the grill. The Location is excellent, you can do everything walking but with the heat or guys you can make it difficult (it is better to ride with a car if you have guys). Proximas estadias, we will try to be in that house. We recommend hiring to the senhora that is in charge of the house, it is excellent and helps a lot

The house is very good … the photos depict the reality well. Everything worked perfectly. Maria and her husband are homemade and they live in the house in the back of the house . The hiring of the diarista is mandatory and pays the part , but it was worth it . She is attentive and cook very well . Voltaria , for sure!

Our stay was perfect! The house is exactly the same in the photos, and has everything we needed, (water purifier, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric iron, cooler and beach chairs, among other utensils). The air conditioning of the rooms works perfectly well, we do not miss anything! Toninho is a sympathy, received us with a morning snack and gave us several good touring tips around the region!

It was a very pleasant experience! The place is very beautiful and cozy! It had all the products and appliances we needed. The Loft is all decorated. Really a charm. In addition to being super well located,inside a condominium, next to a beautiful lagoon. The hosts were very kind and thoughtful. We highly recommend hosting.

We had an amazing weekend in Cabo Frio! Hosting has exceeded our expectations in every way. We were me, my husband and our son, and we felt welcome from the first moment. Everything was impeccable, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our son loved the hammock in the room and the stunning view of the lagoon right in front of the house. My family just loved the house! It's even better than in the photos! And Maria, without comment, an amazing hostess! Always responded quickly and always very much requests. The van goes well on the front street then from to enjoy the quiet beaches as well. Otherwise, we'll be back for sure.

We stayed 5 days in the house and left with the feeling that everything was perfect. we like the house, the location close to the beach and the warmth of the host. We recommend!

Our stay was excellent! In the photos does not show how big the house is, it is huge! Super cozy, comfortable, very clean! Lucas super friendly, helpful, would answer me immediately and always make himself available! The homemaker Marquinhos, gave us tips, made himself available and did not bother us at all, in fact we hardly saw him! The house is well equipped, has 3 refrigerators, all equipment for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Rooms, bathrooms, rooms, kitchen, very large. The house is close to the beach of the fort, at most 5 minutes on foot, close to bakery, supermarket and bars. I highly recommend it and plan to come back more often!!

What a wonderful and cozy house, it has everything we need and we feel at home! It was perfect and we will come back again for sure! O Alisson (homemade) super helpful, went every day to remove the trash and clean the pool. The super clean and aired house, Glaucia always available and willing to respond to us. Gated community, super quiet. The house is between búzios and Cabo Frio, for us it was perfect!

Isa and Richard's place is spectacular, super comfortable, with everything you need for a vacation stay. We have 2 little daughters who really enjoyed the swimming pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, the beach is about a block away. Isa and Richard always responded to any inquiries quickly and Jussara greeted us and made herself available for whatever might arise. We would definitely rent it again.
