Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Armenia

Autumn is a beautiful house , spacious and stylish , there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay . Everything was sparkling clean by the time we arrived . Very welcoming and welcoming host , responded quickly to all our requests and even gave us a bottle of great wine . We are very happy to have had memorable days with the whole family at this wonderful place . We warmly recommend it . We will definitely go back again )

There is everything and everything is available ...Swimming pool, A place for barbecue, Fruit trees , the House and in general all around this is Paradise . He will relax to the fullest . We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Arpine and Gok have been an absolute delight. They have met us upon our arrival and showed the house and explained everything. They were so nice and so helpful, i must say one of my best experiences with renting on airbnb. The house was gorgeous, and looked just like the photos if not better. We were very comfortable and the walk up was a breeze. The location is perfect and close to everything, walkable distance to pretty much anything. It is the perfect location to rent in Yerevan center. I highly suggest this apartment, next time we come back we will absolutely rent from them again! Every question we had during our stay they have helped us and were very quick with their replies. Also worth mentioning once more how tastefully the apartment was done and how good it looked!

Everything went as planned, always friendly and responsive. Helpful with transportation and recommendations for exciting things to do. All in all, a great stay. Especially that in the kitchen there were the most basic ingredients and that there was toilet paper, dishcloth, and dishcloth.

Great location, nice clean spacious apartment with nice furniture, great wifi, nice television, close to shopping, opera, great food. Armenia had some of the best food we've enjoyed on our European tour.

Good stay, I would say this place is ideal for couples as travelling solo the apartment was quite large which isn’t a bad thing!

Comfortable and clean house.

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

I’ve never met such a hospitality as it was provided by Hasmik. Firstly she was very flexible, we arrived of a group of 11 men in the very morning and we left at 3am in the morning. Hasmik, even if it was such a terrible timing welcomed us and was bidding good bye to us, before we left she provided sandwiches and fruits for a journey. During our stay she served amazing breakfasts and was helping us with planning our journey around Armenia, arranged transport and was taking care if all is fine during the trip. She served us beautiful Armenian style dinner and drank a wine with us. House is equipped fully with whatever you need to have your stay pleasant and even if something is missing it will be arranged by a host. It has beautiful garden with swimming pool and bbq area. It’s really hard to express how grateful and thankful we are that we stayed at your place with you as a host ( even that there were some small issues with loudness of our group. Hasmik - you are a shining star!

Great place to be if you want a retreat to breathe away from the city life and watch the clear skies at night. I would definitely visit again in the spring or summer to be able to hike the beautiful nature around

Amazingly spacious yet cozy villa with fully equipped amenities. It is so well heated where even the floors are warm. Always hot water was available for 6 adults and 3 kids to shower anytime. Anush put a Christmas tree when we asked for it and she let us check out late as well. Overall, it's a great place for a vacation with family and friends. Will definitely book again if we ever go to Tsaghkadzor again.

An excellent place to stay with family. My kids enjoyed both the house and the pool.
