Wonderful holiday home with cablecar to ski area

2 bedroom apartment in the Walensee Resort with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, ski storage, laundrette, covered parking. The resort is surrounded by mighty mountains, ideal for skiing and all sorts of winter activites. The cablecar is 200m/3min walking distance and goes directly to Flumserberg with amazing slopes in the winter, and hiking, climbing and biking trails in the summer. A luxurious thermal bath & spa is only 20min drive and a huge indoor sports complex 15min away.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

The apartment (studio/loft) is located in an apartment building with 5 residential units. The apartment has outdoor parking. In five minutes walk is public transport (bus). In 10 minutes you can reach the swimming beach on Lake Walensee. Five minutes away by car, the gondola lift to the Flumserberg / Prodkamm ski track, hiking and biking area. Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. Luxury 3.5 room apartment right on the Walensee

Very nice large apartment with two bedrooms. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful lake, harbour and mountain views. All in all a unique place on the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.
