Holiday rentals with a kayak in Arraial do Cabo

Second time we rented, it was me, my husband, my mother, my mother's dog and my furry son. Great, quiet, safe house (has watches that prowl by bike at night), good bedrooms, 2 pillows for each guest, very good bedding with elastic sheets and another on top, great microfiber blankets, great bath towels that wipe well, nice face towel, large room with fan, very good appliances, stove, large refrigerator, great new airfryer, plenty of pots and utensils, electric coffeemaker, in short, we feel at home. We arrived late at night and the keys were at the concierge that was great, the gate with remote control and I LOVED O RECADINHO COM BOMBOM that they left to welcome us. The dogs were good at home! I highly recommend this place! Only one tip is to take repellent by being close to the lagoon but nothing to hinder the stay! Super polite and solicitous hosts. We answered promptly when it was necessary! ☺️

It was all perfect,the house is exactly like in the photos,Elisangela is a love,very attentive.The house is close to the beach ,the beach is beautiful,we decided at the last minute and the family loved very much,we will return again for sure,the house is all equipped,the location is great near the supermarket and bakery, you can go quietly and take the family.

Beautiful place, wonderful pool and lake, beautiful, clean and organized apartment, well equipped. Safe location, close to the main beaches se arraial and cable cold (a few minutes' drive away). The nearby beaches are calm and beautiful, very nice. We had great experiences every day we spent. I recommend it!

The Golden Lake Apartment is very well located, near Cabo Frio, where the best restaurants are, as well as the entire region of the lakes. As Photos are real site, cleanliness and organization note 10. Very spacious with full kitchen, filtered water, bathroom with a hot shower. Pool with very nice water and Araruama lagoon with an amazing sunset. Tiago's Service was very cordial, responded quickly and gave us all the instructions about our stay, as well as many restaurant and tour tips. Attentive and cordial condominium staff. 24hrs parking with concierge, safe and included in the stay. They can rent without concern. It is my thanks and success always to Tiago and Renata. We traveled as a family of seven—two adults and five kids—and Marília’s home exceeded all our expectations! Perched just steps from Praia das Velas, the property offered breathtaking views and was impeccably maintained to the highest standards. The home itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly situated near exciting adventures and charming shops. The lush, beautifully manicured grounds were a highlight, with a stunning variety of plants that showcased the care and dedication of the staff. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—powerful AC, excellent fan circulation, cozy and stylish furniture, and even a fully prepped BBQ setup ready for us to enjoy. Marília and Condomínio Via Del Mare provided an exceptional Airbnb experience, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

We spent a few days, the apartment is large, the condominium has a sauna, swimming pool and beach nearby. we will return more often.

The flat is just awesome!! An extremely organized place and thinking for the best well-being of the guests. The soothing, smelling bedding, wonderful view of the sea by the window and very practical and functional cuisine, made it much easier to prepare breakfast and snacks during the day. Structure of the place surprised me, top-notch finish. They leave beach chairs, umbrella, cooler for guest use, and we use it! Very practical Rs.
