Holiday rentals with a kayak in Arraial do Cabo

Excellent stay, quiet place, very nice, complete, very cozy house. The very kind host, always responded promptly to our requests.

I really liked the condominium, the apartment, the location, pay attention to whether Raquelly gave it to us. One of the best places I've ever stayed in Arraial. It is close to the beach of Monte Alto that I love.

Thanks Frederico , it’s a lovely apartment with everything you need! A great pool and bar close by. Gym , sauna etc. The only small thing that we would say is that for foreigners like us, it was not possible to rent a car and so some days we could not go to visit the local beaches etc because Uber was not so reliable. However there is a bus stop outside with regular buses. Again because we are foreign this was a little harder for us due to the language barrier but on busy days we just stayed by the amazing pool!! So if you are from Brazil or can speak good portugués you will have zero issues! And we highly recommend this apartment!!! Thanks again Frederico for letting us stay in paradise for a week!!!

Great house, new and extremely comfortable. Leonardo was impeccable in communication and kindness. New condominium outside the agito, very beautiful with the canals. I highly recommend it.

The house has an excellent location, facing a very quiet beach. Keep in mind that the area is windy, and in the evenings the tide rises and there is no sand left. But in the mornings the beach is very usable. The house has a very good layout, with a nice decor, and everything you need to have a great time! The washer and dryers make a differential especially when you travel with children. Marilia recommended us in Deise to help us with the cleaning and preparation of some typical dishes. Highly recommended! I leave here only a couple of points on which could be improved, to make the stay more perfect: The air conditioners are a little old and therefore noisy. Another theme to consider to improve is that the house always has a pretty intense musty smell, despite having several special wet boxes. Allergic people should consider this, like nothing that an anti-allergic does not solve. Wonderful place!!!

Great stay, local as in the photos. We were made to feel very welcome. We love each day in this beautiful place, my mother and my mother-in-law loved it, the children snapped. We went and 7 people and we were very comfortable, there are extra mattresses. The very well equipped kitchen with household appliances and appliances. It has a filter already with chilled and natural water that I found a differential. Just a tip, a little peace of on-site garbage. Pq whenever we arrived from the Beach even more with children there was always a lot of sand together, for if very thin sand. And we always swept the house, but when it comes time to take the sand, we take it out with paper. But it wasn't any kind of hindrance or discomfort

The site is very good, my wife and I love it. One note only: it would be interesting to put glass/porcelain cups for coffee. Of the rest, excellent location. The Taíssa that met us was receptive and very polite, we recommend it to everyone!
