Pilar was very friendly from the first moment. He made it easier for us to collect and return the keys since we expected to arrive late in the day and leave early in the morning. He worried about how everything was going for the weekend. And the apartment in addition to very nice and cared for, it was neat, tidy and there was nothing missing. Very comfortable beds, super full kitchen, and everything working perfectly. The location is great in an area full of restaurants and cider stores. We will surely repeat since it is very close to our family. A ten of ten and 100% recommended.

Just to say the apartment is a gem . with amazing views and extreme cleanliness. Comfortable bed and good quality lingerie..No car needed to go down downtown although there is a slope that is not for everyone . San Vicente de la Barquera is beautiful has good walks and eats luxury. And very close to other wonderful destinations. We didn't meet Elena in person but she was careful that everything was fine for us. We will definitely be back...

The apartment is very nice, in the center of Avilés, next to the restaurant area. Very quiet, you sleep great if you want peace of mind. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need. Susana is very friendly and thoughtful, she let us out later, which we thank her.

Raquel is very attentive, good communication. The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy, very complete with all the necessary amenities and more, we would repeat.

The apt was as described in the listing, very flirty and tastefully decorated, all the utensils of kitchenware, well located and clean. It is something small but for short stays it is great

Everything is perfect, the accommodation is identical to the photos, the area is very quiet and there is parking with ease, although the accommodation includes a garage, which is appreciated. Ana Rosa has been attentive from the first moment and has been implicated in that we can enjoy our stay as much as possible, making recommendations of areas to visit and facilitating flexible departure.

After meeting us at the station our host, Maria Jose accompanied us on the short walk to her place. She pointed out places relevant to make our month stay comfortable. Town center was very close as well as grocery stores and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great, I would like to repeat

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and making sure everything was to our liking. She greeted us with a bottle of cider and a few casavielles. The apartment as shown in the pictures was spotless. We traveled a lot and stayed in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a kitchen, clean, the impeccable bathroom and many details, it is to be appreciated the truth. The area where the apartment is located is a quiet residential area and we have been able to rest. You have everything around alimerka, Carrefour express, pharmacy. It also lets you be with your dog and goes with a parking space.

The apartment is great, all spotless, 2 full bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, very large dining room and fully furnished kitchen. And everything super clean. That's how it tastes. Everything is phenomenal. To be done, I'm sure

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

very comfortable and spacious apartment of 3 independent areas is also the first bed where I can sleep from the pull 9 hours since I am in the area ,that is a room without an elevator , but that is more than compensated for what has been mentioned above

This place was fantastic and a great example as to why choose an Airbnb over a hotel. It had loads of small details to make you feel perfectly at home straight away. Great amenities, it was very comfortable, excellent host who was very responsive. We really loved our stay and would recommend.

Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Ángeles (beach towels were all a detail)

It was a pleasure to spend the weekend at this place. In addition to exquisite taste in decoration, cleanliness, order.. has everything you need. Toilet products, kitchen products, all kinds of utensils. Likewise, the hostess is attentive to you at all times, she responds very quickly. The garage is right next to it and the area is pedestrian. Very good location to go with children, a park just below. We'll definitely repeat it. Thanks for everything.

Very good location and close to the ski resort. The cozy apartment and all as described. Good heating. Ivan was always very available from the beginning. The only downfall is to have no Wifi.

Maite's place is incredibly beautiful, wonderful views, quiet and close to the village that has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Beds are super comfy and everything was spotless. We'll be back very safe ❤️

Our stay at Monica’s was lovely 🥰 the apartment was so clean and the beds were very comfortable with good pillows. The pictures don’t do it justice! We would definitely come back. Great locations, minutes from beach and restaurants and great coffee just below. The apartment had everything we needed. Xx🙏❤️☀️🌊
