As another reviewer stated, if you are looking for peace and tranquility, you have found the place. This place is off the beaten path and gives you the real authentic experience of Puerto Rico. Literally right on the beach .... just a great place for sitting in the shade on the porch and letting the waves create their music and enjoy a most fabulous view. Jim and Teresa are excellent hosts! Their dogs are the best. We hope to return someday!

My family and I had a great time at Amy & Noe's place. The location was perfect. Waking up to the sound of the waves was so peaceful along with the pool and bar was prefect for hanging out at night. we loved the bread fruit tree on the property as we made some pancakes for the kids from it. overall I would highly recommend their place as the little town was so nice and the locals were friendly. we would definitely come back in the future!

Laura was a very friendly and generous host! She was a pleasure to get to know and shared her deep knowledge of Cidra and the history of the area. We so enjoyed cooking and eating outside, relaxing and doing yoga, sleeping to the sounds of the coqui frogs and waking up to birdsong. The view is spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed taking the kayak out for sunrise and sunset cruises around Lake Cidra. It was a beautiful time to reconnect with nature and soak up the island's warmth.

This is a fabulous spot: we fell in love with Maunabo. The apartment has a nice view, and within 10 minutes, you can walk to one of the more glorious beaches I’ve been to. There are also many more things to do in the area you can drive to within an hour. Heather put together a very comprehensive and descriptive info guide with links to restaurants, places to visit, etc. The apartment was spotless and well appointed— the owners clearly put so much thought into the aesthetics and what to include so that you’ve got everything thing you need without it being cluttered. We loved the turtle motif! I was so impressed by how responsive Heather was to all of our questions — I think she responded within 5 minutes every time I reached out! I’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s— she was by far the best communicator of all. So kind.

Absolutely Love this home. This was our 2nd time staying here and we were just as pleased with everything! The amenities are perfect, the home offers everything you will need from a great place to enjoy cooking, the bar has everything to prepare any type of drinks, the pool is awesome and you have plenty of privacy. Also the view over looking the lake is magical along with the jungle noises at night it is really something special. The area is somewhat centered on the Island, so getting anywhere is not long of a drive at all. I will always pick this spot for our stay in Puerto Rico it just has everything and Cidra brings a lot of true culture from the locals. If I could rate 10 stars I would. You will not be disappointed!!!

Lovely stay! Peaceful and relaxing setting high up in the mountains with extraordinary views from the property. Host, Maria and Nacho were extremely kind, generous, and hospitable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and eggs! Spacious property with plenty of opportunity for peaceful strolls through the countryside. Apartment was open and airy – so much so that we hardly needed the a/c (which worked well when we did use it). And while we were prepared to disconnect if needed, the wifi was reliable and more than adequate. If you are looking for a true PR experience in a tranquil mountainous environment, you will not be disappointed.

They place was super clean, full of nature and in a great location having everything near by. I really felt at peace in my stay and had absolutly everything I needed. It's probably the most complete air bnb I've stayed at. Madeline always made sure everything was at order and that we had everything we needed. By far one of the best places to vacation at. 10/10 Would recommend. ☆☆☆☆☆

Absolutely Beautyfull Place to Stay with Astonishing Sea View! Host Enrique is a Good Friendly Guy Always Available in Person or by Phone! Lots of Restaurant Around Area!

This is a BEAUTIFUL setting! Loved the veiw, the balcony, the sound of the waves and the chirping night creatures! Everything was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. This was our first time in PR and we really enjoyed it. Thanks for all your hard work to keep this lovely place in great condition for us! PJ the cat was an added blessing for our daughter who left her cat at home.

This was our favorite of 3 rentals on PR. The views were exactly what we had imagined and hoped for. It was very private. We heard people a couple times next door but only saw one person on the beach the whole 48 hour stay. It was so peaceful. Comfortable. We LOVED it! It was nice to have the outdoor Bluetooth speaker while we tanned poolside. The hammock was cozy for enjoying the breeze. You could hear the waves and that was about all. Amazing. There are 2 restaurants that are a couple minute walk. One down the beach with great views. I recommend the fresh fish mufongo at the restaurant on the street just past the house. Restaurants nearby close early so plan ahead. We dove into guayama to the fishing club and it was delish! The pool is small but perfect for a couple people to cool off. The beach was great for shelling. We want to come back! 🤩

This is quite possibly my favorite vacation spot of all time. Not only is the location, beautiful but Marilyn and Maria’s house is comfortable, spacious and has everything that you need! They were both extremely responsive and helped us through an island wide power outage and with just generally checking in to see if we needed anything. The view and the walk-ability to the beach makes this place forever etched in my heart! We spent 11 nights here and it still felt too short. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I would love to come back here again and again. Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home and amazing location with us!!

Juan's place is just like the photos. It's a beautiful space, especially with the white and blue paint scheme. We loved it.

This place was incredible! The rooftop, pool, and bedroom views to die for. Although my party was just a single couple, this place would be perfect for any size family. The surroundings were top notch. This being my 3rd PR trip and all in different areas of the island, this one took the top award for views and beaches. Felt super private yet I personally liked the community feel. Jay was the most responsive proactive host I’ve ever had and everything flowed smoothly. Nice job, Jay. This place is phenomenal!!

If you are looking for a tropical paradise with a stunning home, look no further! Our family of 3 loved every second of our stay here, from waking up to the sound of waves literally across the street to falling asleep to the coqui serenade on the forest behind us. We spent a lot of time after our day trips lounging on the comfortable and breezy porch and our teen had a great time in the pool, especially when it changed colors! Edna was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, with helpful suggestions and even let us eat some of her star fruit off her tree in the yard! Wish we didn’t have to leave 🩵

I fell in LOVE with this property. You are paying for the views of the SUNRISES, and they are worth every penny! The home is simple, but the beach and views of the mountains are SO BEAUTIFUL. The beach in front of the home has rock reef so you can’t swim in the ocean right there, but the tides cause little pools full of nature (anenomes, urchins, hermit crabs, little crabs, tiny fishes) and we LOVED observing all the beautiful nature in that little ecosystem. We also saw manatee’s on the other side of the rock reef! A 15-20min beach walk to the left and there are sandybeach to ocean swim. I rec water shoes (rocks/sea urchins) There are two homes on the same property that share VERY NICE POOL, basketball court + beach access. Home was VERY CLEAN. The kitchen cabinets are aging, but the granite countertops are in great condition. No screens on the windows, so we couldn’t sleep with windows open which I would have loved. AC was plenty cold.

The home was exactly as advertised. Amazing home with fantastic views and stunning decor throughout, couldn’t have wanted anything more. Jose was great with recommendations and quick with responses to this new travelers questions! 10/10 would say here again.

The views are truly unbelievable from every single room. It felt like a dream every time we looked out any window. The rooftop terrace is on top of almost the tallest building in the area with 360 degree views of mountains, beaches, sunrises, and a lighthouse. And the most delicious breezes. We visited for a week over the Christmas holiday. There are a few things to know: 1. One level of stairs to get to the unit, another to the rooftop terrace. 2. A/c units in each room work wonderfully. 3. grocery store down the street is good for basics; had everything we needed 4. The drive into the complex is a bit steep but nothing a regular vehicle couldn’t handle. The road up is like any other PR road - narrow and full of potholes. Go slow. 5. The beach and pool are short walks but coming back is a very steep uphill climb. After a day of beaching our fam was tired and whiny. Take the car. We’ve visited PR many times, and our experience in this dreamy AirBnB will stay with us forever.

The place was just like it appeared in the pictures. We were right on the beach with a great outdoor space to enjoy the view.

Thank you for this amazing stay, the penthouse with 3 bedrooms was above and beyond what we expected. The views and location was magical. Very secluded and private area of Puerto Rico, right near a grocery store, a few small restaurants, getting to the airbnb was beautiful and scenic as it goes high through the mountains. Joesi was very helpful in every step of our stay and very quick and responsive with anything we needed. Would recommend, and definitely will stay here again.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hector's condo. Villas del Faro is conveniently located across the street from a fairly private beach. There's also a new grocery store nearby (less than 5 minutes drive), so didn't need to stock up too much. The view from the balcony was stunning and provided a relaxing place to sit each morning and sip on coffee. All instructions were clear and the listing was exactly as described. Our stay was over the New Year 2025 holiday, which also involved an island-wide power outage during New Year's Eve. Hector did an excellent job providing updates and giving advice. It also helped that the weather was nice and we had lots of outdoor activities already planned that didn't rely on electricity. The condo was clean and well furnished. I would definitely plan on staying here again for future trips to PR.

Very clean space that has everything you need. Host was extremely helpful, friendly and prompt with anything i had questions about. I will definitely return!!!
