We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The care and attention to the renovation of this historic house is clear everywhere. Beautifully and comfortably equipped, the interiors are such a joy, we adored this house and would recommend to anyone looking for modern amenities in a characterful historic setting. Comfortable beds, beautiful linens, well stocked kitchen, wonderful views and a scenic location less than an hour outside Bergen and looking out over the quaint harbour, this was a really relaxing cosy location to spend Christmas. Would love to visit in summer too. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay in a nice home! Perfect for our family of two adults and three children. Extra nice with Christmas tree, Christmas decorations and Christmas snacks on the table when we arrived - two days before Christmas. Everything as expected and great communication along the way. We felt at home:) several shops right nearby and easy by bus or track to the city. Otherwise quiet neighborhood with nice view.

It's the second time we've been to Monica's place and it's been just great both times☺️! If someone is going to Bergen, we recommend going here. Very quiet place!

We absolutely loved Lasse’s place; it felt like home, and we had everything we needed for the perfect vacation in Bergen. The location is remote and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates tranquility away from the city, with a lovely view of the bay.

Perfectly located accommodation just 5 minutes from tram line 1. Easy parking nearby. It has two bedrooms, including a master suite upstairs, as well as a perfectly equipped office. The living room is welcoming and warm, and the kitchen fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsive. I highly recommend it!

Host very responsive to our questions and requests, regarding the accommodation nothing to say the view is just amazing. Very spacious accommodation. I recommend to enjoy the scenery of the fjords while being close to Bergen.

A great place to stay if you're driving from Bergen to Stryn! 30min drive to Bergen city center. the apartment is on the second floor so please expect stairs. everything is cozy clean and warm in the apartment, a lot of greenery, well equipped kitchen and modern rooms. Irina is super welcoming, would love to come again.

We have stayed at Eldrid's place for the second time in a couple of weeks - and felt back at home. Refrigerator with cheese and milk, fresh flowers in the living room, beds with bed linen and bedspread, and wood for burning in the fireplace. An apartment that feels like a home! Dear Gunhild, We thank you from the heart for the wonderful time in your apartment. From the very beginning, we felt very comfortable. This is mainly because you immediately feel that you care about the guests and their well-being. It started with the very warm welcome, even though it was already after midnight, and continued with the detailed tour of the spacious, cozy and very well equipped apartment. We lacked nothing, neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen, everything was perfect! In addition, your always noticeable care: The fresh and well-filled fruit plate, the free, filtered drinking water, your inquiries about our health, the rental of umbrellas and the many nice conversations and so on. We lacked nothing! At most a little sun or at least snow, but nobody can do anything about the bad weather in the Norwegian winter. Thanks again for everything!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and with the communication with Siv who was always very responsive and kind! The view from the house is breathtaking, the accommodation is easily accessible even without a car. We highly recommend this listing!!!

Accommodation close to Bergen, about 15/20 minutes. Very large 3 bedroom house. We spent 4 nights there and we felt like home, 😍 it's really ideal and there is enough space, a large terrace brief than happiness!

Rented apartment for work at HVL. Therefore very central. Otherwise nice trip up Ulriken in walking distance from the apartment👍

Great home and location. Nearby supermarket had a good selection of many items. Fuel station next door is a straight forward self service. About 1 hours easy drive to Bergen. Nearest decent restaurants and takeaways about 30 mins away in an area which had a shopping centre. Very cosy and fantastic communications throughout Thank you.

Beautiful stay. Perfect for our large family group. Very easy to access from the city center with the number 19 bus line. Super comfortable. The lake and hike across the street is gorgeous and easy to do.

It is a nice and luxurious cabin with an amazing view on the mountains, a beautiful area to hike and a great host!

Really beautiful cabin with a fantastic view over the fjord and mountains. We had a lovely peaceful time and really enjoyed the hot tub! We even had the magical experience of watching the northern lights from the sleeping annexe.

This place has so much to offer! Everything is super well thought of and makes you feel at home. We wanted to have an escape from city life and this place definitely offers it! The Jaccuzi is well taken care of and the kitchen is full with everything you need to cook any kind of food you want. We were surprised by all the details this place has to offer (Kayak, games, fireplace etc.). If you are looking for a peaceful place to calm down and enjoy the nature just 1 1/2 hours outside of Bergen this is it! Thank you so much for offering such a gem!!

One of the best place I've stayed in!

Like everyone said in this evaluation: if we had known how great this place was, we would have stayed a bit longer. The accommodations are basic but exactly as described in the ad. The views by contrary can’t be described. Simply stunning! And the Trine was so helpful in fetching us some wine and untangling the fishing line 🎣

We had a wonderful trip and stay. The house is an absolute dream and just as beautiful as in the pictures. We felt very comfortable, like at home. The location is perfect, quiet and beautiful. Our host Linda is very attentive and friendly, we will be back very soon. That was my best Norway experience so far :)
