Upon returning home from either Banana beach or Carmel market each 2 min by foot, w/your grocery bags/bathing suits, you enter your seaview apartment, hang your wet things on the balcony, use the outdoor sunshower, or a hot massage shower inside, then after, sip some wine, kick your feet up on the deck or in the studio watching your favorite movies on the HD widescreen. The apartment is in the back side of the building, so the loudest sounds you hear at night are mostly the waves at this level.

Kosher Sukkah included! One of a kind: only 8 apartments like this in Israel. Boat-apartment - it’s literally in the marina, and sitting on it’s porch and watching the yachts passing by you feel as if you were on a boat. You are welcome to use the pampering SPA section of the development: huge indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym. The swimming beach is just a 5 min walk away. There’s a mall with restaurants, shops, grocery store and pharmacy 15 min away on foot.
