Apartment holiday rentals in Asheville

Even though we didn't plan for the hurricane to come through the apartment was everything we expected. Nice location and easy to travel around to nearby towns. Again the rain dampened our sightseeing but otherwise had a great time. We pray for everyone who was impacted by the storm.

What a great place to stay while spending a long weekend in Asheville! The host communicated ahead of arrival to make sure the weekend got off to a great start, offering up recommendations for dining, drinks and about the neighborhood. The condo was spotless, well stocked, and met all expectations! Location was awesome, offering up potential to walk to dinner, breweries, galleries or pick your supermarket -Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Harris Teeter. While our car was too long for the spot provided, Mike recommended a public parking garage that was nearby. If we had any questions, Mike was responded quickly! Will definitely look to stay here again for future trips to Asheville! Asheville is still recovering from hurricane Helene. Tourists may not see many of the physical impacts to downtown (outside of Biltmore village / arts district). Crowds have yet to return with economic impacts still widely felt by local merchants. Please consider a trip to help the locals!

I loved this little private stay in Lake Lure. after the destruction from the hurricanes, it's amazing to see how strong the community is, how positive their outlook is, and how they've grown closer together through this. Melissa's place was extremely clean, quiet, and BEAUTIFULLY surrounded by the Carolina mountains. I even saw a black bear driving up to the property late at night! the neighborhood is quiet, we honestly didn't think anyone else was around until we saw another car. Overall, a BEAUTIFUL stay. Even with the damage from the hurricane, there was still a ton to do nature-wise, and we stopped at the Gorge zip lining and had an ABSOLUTE BLAST. I definitely recommend this stay 🥰

Very cute condo. Resort access was nice to have as there is not much to do but n the area without driving 30-40mins. But with the resort access, you have several pools, a beach, and lots of other things that will keep you busy. The condo is a good size for two people. The added perk of being able to bring our dog was nice. The kitchen is limited- small air fryer and stove top with minimal container options for putting things in the microwave, but we were able to make it work since we were only there a few days. There is a Keurig with coffee pods, which was nice. Overall, the place is clean, dog friendly, with nice access to a resort.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Elevator building and closed garage. Felt very safe inside. Well equipped and stocked. Bed was super comfy too!

We had a fantastic stay at Kenji’s place. It’s exactly as described. Easy check-in and the place easy clean and tidy. Access to Rumbling Bald is awesome, with so much to do near by. Would love to stay again. Perfect for our family of 3.

It’s was tough getting in at first but once we had the code working it was a magical stay! The little parks across the property are amazing!

This place is exactly what you see in the photos. Beautiful. Easy self check-in and the garage spot is golden. The deck is huge, private, and a gorgeous view. The bedrooms are good size and at opposite ends for privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple breakfasts and morning coffee on that gorgeous deck! Great location, definitely hit Daddy Mac's next door for a burger and a beer. And tons of breweries/restaurants in walking distance. As others have noted - it's at the bottom of a good hill! But it just makes the walk home that much easier every night! Only issue we had was the WiFi. They responded immediately and had a tech there to check it out within a couple hours, but the WiFi never really did work. Frustrating because service was sketchy/slow on my iPad trying to look things up to do. But we weren't home much and never called again about the issue, so hopefully they got it squared away for the next guys! Overall - we highly recommend this unit and will be back!

Or stay was absolutely incredible!!!! It was gorgeous and best stay we ever stayed!!! It was indescribable. We needed a place for our anniversary and we would stay here over and over again!!!!

We had a great time! My kids loved going on the canoe in the pond. We also loved going to the pool after a day out apple picking and hiking. The mornings are also peaceful sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee listening to the waterfall.

The place was beautiful and secure. The parking garage is secure, the elevator is secure, and then the condo was secure. It was 4 of us staying there and both couples enjoyed their rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the refrigerator has an ice maker. The bus depot did not bother any of us. We walked everywhere so the location was extremely convient. we walked back some nights as late as 11:30pm and no one had any issues. Would definitely return!

Jeff's spot was immaculate! One of the best AirBnb experiences I've had. The location of the unit was perfect -- walkable to all of the best restaurants and event spaces in Asheville, such a lively area. The unit itself was extremely clean, well-furnished, and felt very well-taken care of in general. Will be recommending this spot to friends and family who want to visit Asheville and enjoy a perfect location!

It is rare an Airbnb is even better than the photos but Derek and Misty's place was just that. No matter how much time you are planning to spend at the condo it is equipped with everything you could need and more. I have been coming to Lake Lure for over 10+ years and highly recommend their condo if you are coming with 2-3 people. It is also very pet-friendly. Hoping to be back soon!

We loved our stay. The place was great, the location amazing and we loved the views of the city and surrounding mountains from the room.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the backyard area and zipline. The space was very clean and all the small details were well thought out and appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

I can only rate Andrea on her communication. Unfortunately we were scheduled to come the same time Hurricane Helene made her presence. Andrea kept us up to date on weather conditions throughout storm. Unfortunately we were unable to get there to see the home ourselves, but I would definitely book again with Andrea just based on her communication. I hope that they did not endure too much damage, but unfortunate Lake Lure has a lot to recover from.

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a family reunion with our twin 6yo daughters. It was cozy so I would say that more than two adults would find it difficult to share the space unless you only needed a space to sleep. The place was clean, had a lovely porch to enjoy the lake views, and was very comfortable.

Absolutely perfect for our needs! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessities, making our stay stress-free. The host truly thought of everything and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to answer any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!

April & Derek’s condo was beautiful and included all the necessities and more that we enjoyed while staying there - from washer pods, dryer sheets, extra paper towels, trash bags, coffee pods & seasonings. The one and only down side was the lake was inaccessible and drained on the side we were facing because of the restoration work due to hurricane devastation. We were able to take the kids to the indoor pool, we played mini golf and corn hole and they also had an Easter egg hunt & visit from the Easter Bunny on Saturday. We would love to return when the lake has been restored because it’s a very nice resort only two hours away from us. Oh and the views driving around the towns are amazing.
