Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ashland

We were in town for volleyball and it was the perfect place to stay!

My kids and I were in Ashland for the State YMCA swim meet! The house was two minutes from the pool which made it a great location for back and forth between sessions! The house was very clean and comfortable! The space allowed us to relax, have own food with the kitchen, and also be close to restaurants. Also the washer and dryer were fantastic because we could have clean dry swim gear for each day of the meet! Jack and Maria were great with communication and even checked in to wish the kids good luck in the meet! Very accommodating and friendly! We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will stay again if we are back for another meet!

The place is wonderful! It has a boutique hotel feel thanks to some lovely small touches and the cute design but with the comfort of things like getting to have coffee in your pjs and a washer/dryer. Also it was bigger than I expected based on the photos. Check in was easy and the location is nice too! I was able to explore Ashland and Huntington but there were also cute shops and a restaurant right underneath the apartment. I’d happily stay here again so if you’re thinking of booking it— do it!

The apartment was thoughtfully appointed and scrupulously clean. I hesitate to add this, because I felt like McKayla was doing me a special favor that she might not be able to do often. My situation was a bit atypical because I was renting the place for a young friend who was moving to town for school. He had to arrive before his apartment was ready and, well, he's young and inexperienced. McKayla was so supportive, helpful, and understanding. We needed to unexpectedly extend his stay and she was still flexible and really wonderful. I will sing the praises of this apartment and our terrific host! great for a longer term stay and very comfortable! McKayla: you have fans who think you rock!

it's a great place in Huntington very close to Ritter park and its in a quiet neighborhood. Nikki was an awesome host and very flexible,she accommodated most of my needs. I enjoyed my stay.

I stayed here for one month, and it was worth it. The washer and dryer were very convenient. It was stocked with shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, and kitchen supplies. It also came with a water purifier which came in handy. The hosts were helpful and always ready to help if you need it.

Vickie’s place is a wonderful choice for anyone visiting Wheelersburg and the surrounding areas. The location is convenient, the unit is well-equipped, and Vickie is an excellent host—always available to answer any questions about the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Such a great stay with a beautiful, peaceful surrounding. I enjoyed coffee on the back porch watching the birds and enjoying nature multiple times. The house is very easy to find, and the photo instructions make finding the enterance a breeze. The parking area is large enough I could have turned my Corolla around in the driveway if I'd needed to. The drive up to the house is your typical West Virginia back roads, but if you take it slow and pay attention you'll be just fine. Scottie was quick to respond to any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the stay! If I end up back that way I would for sure stay again!

Great host. We just needed a spot for a night’s rest while traveling. Check in was a breeze and the place was quiet, cozy, and clean, with all the listed amenities. And the price was right. Definitely would recommend to other travelers.

Small town, relaxing stay with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Enjoyed watching movies and playing games at night. Rio Grande is a small town gem and the Little Brick House makes itself part of the great experience.

Great place! Simple and cozy. Great view of river (and sunrise) from the hot tub.

We rented Debra's adorable home for overflow of our wedding weekend overnight guests. Debra was so accommodating, friendly, and very easy to work with from my initial inquiry several months ago, to check out. She's the owner of the home and does everything, including the cleaning; her pride in the home is obvious. Knowing she does the cleaning was a great feature and removes that worry from a renter standpoint.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location while visiting Ashland. John has always been quick to respond back, helpful... just great to work with...😊

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay in Rio Grande! The home was perfect and exceeded our expectations! The online pictures didn’t truly capture the charm of the house. It was clean, comfortable and organized. I had the best sleep! Bed was perfect! Thank you Bobbi! Staying at your home was a wonderful experience! We will be back!

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and beautiful this house was. The girls loved the upper bedroom. It’s conveniently located, you feel like you’re in the suburbs, but so close to downtown. With a child starting university in the fall, I’m hopeful we get to will stay here again!!

We’re so glad we found Oscar’s condo. The apartment and furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Immaculately clean. Great kitchen, appliances, and pans. The views are panoramic and inspiring any time of day. Parking was easy. Short walk to grocery store and restaurants. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at RiverSuite1. The host was proactive in communications, provided clear instructions, and the listing is spot on & accurate. The deck is a great bonus to this stay and our family (and youngsters) really enjoyed spending time on the deck and watching the river, trains, and birds. Highly recommend this location or the others available from the hosts. Thank you!

Had a great time the first time; came back another time!!

Our accommodations were great. The owners could not have been better for their quick response to our questions and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The location was convenient to downtown, however our only comment about the location was that it was within a block from a shelter for homeless people and we did not feel comfortable walking on that block at night. However, we drove our car to a convenient parking garage downtown instead.
