Our host was jolly and help full . Made us feel at home. Property itself is right on the beach with beautiful sun set and turquoise green water . Unfortunately waves were rough and beach bit steep for us to take a bath but nonetheless sitting and watching sea and its wastness right from the comfort of the home is what I liked most. The house has a kitchen a fridge ,stove , dinning, hot water , big campus and Security camera.

One of the best accommodations we’ve had! We felt like we just arrived at our own holiday beach house! Also Michael was extremely helpful with local recommendations regarding trips, things to do and much more!

Had a great stay here with my family. The place was very clean and warm. The host was super responsive and helpful when I had questions. Definitely will visit again!

The best host and family i have ever met. The place is outstanding the perfect blend of farm, beach and old portugal. the host outstanding not to mention the numerous animals from birds to horses . Dr pinto and his family went way beyond any expectation a must goan experience. for anyone. Great place for kids to learn about animals and farms and also for people to get away from a busy life. the best part beach is 5 minutes away and market and eating joints are nearby yet you feel cocooned in greenery and quiet

We were very satisfied with our trip! a great spot to enjoy scenery and privacy The home looked much nicer than in the pictures! There was also more in there than we expected, lots of supplies and amenities were available to use, especially for cooking! The hammock was a big hit with our son, too! 😊 Although the walkway to the beach area may seem daunting, especially for our grandma (although she did walk it), getting to the beach is not a problem at all! 😊 We chose to barbecue at the home, instead of bringing the barbershop to the beach.. but you're free to do so. the hosts are extremely flexible, and literally you feel at home from the second you walk in to the place! The outside of the house is a bit weathered and shows some age; but it is not indicative how the inside looks! it's a very nice place.. Wi-Fi was strong there's a deck overlooking the beach, where you can also eat just hang out and you also have a very good chance of seeing deer passing by. 😊 a great s

The accommodation and location of this STUNNING beach house was paradise…. A word we used a lot whilst staying here for 8 nights with the family. Alice our host reached out and gave us many good ideas of places to go and even a complimentary clean half way through to make the place spotless again. The pics don’t do it justice on your own private beach and to have a couple of small stalls down on the beach also to get a beer, coffee or water any time you wanted. The locals restaurants was such amazing value with the Lovey Duck just at the top of the street so cheap! Our fav also was Rawai view around 10 min walk and such top quality food. Walked into town (Rawai) couple of times (15 to 20 mins) and got a bolt taxi back so cheap for 285 Bhats. Couldn’t say anything negative about this paradise location.

Thank You! Your villa is great/everything was excellent! 1. Location. The villa is a part of a closed resort (outside people can get to the beach buying separate tickets). There are not a lot of authentic restaurants in walking distance (there are 2 places, but You will probably want something outside), there are taxis ready. There are some shops and fruit markets in walking distance on the main street next to the complex. The villa is right next to the beach 1min. (beach is clean and well taken care of). We were super happy with it because the beach was excellent and territory was secure and well maintained. 2. The villa. Excellent villa - everything modern and new. (We did not know that cleaning each 2nd day is included in the price and were positively surprised. You have Your private pool + there is large complex pool and free gym 3. Host. Easy to communicate and all was smooth If I ever return, I will try to get the same villa. Thank You host!

My Team Enjoyed Staying at your Place Ms. Daisy! The beach is clean and the place is so relaxing. All materials needed cooking is readily available. One minor concern is that the caretaker doesn’t clean the pool in the morning not like what I saw in Sundowner in early morning. But the overall experience is 5 star! The place is really good for Family and Barkada outings. Will definitely book again with my Family! Thank you

Excellent value for money for what you get. The villa is super spacious and has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. All four bedrooms have large and comfortable beds, each having its own bathroom and AC. The shared space is extremely generous in space also, so you will never feel cramped. The view from the balconies and pool area is priceless. It was amazing to open my balcony in the morning to see the sea/lighthouse. The pool was very clean due to a cleaner coming daily to clean it. There was an added bonus of a fan in the porch to cool you down (we really appreciated that). The walk down to the beach is 10 minutes and their are readily available rikshaws to return via vehicle if you don't want to walk up the hill. Sreenath was faultless in his communication before, during and after our stay. I never got to meet him in person, but via a phone call and messages he was an extremely helpful and empathetic host. I will definitely return soon. Thank you Sreenath.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The place & amenities were exactly as described. The place was amazingly clean and well furnished. Perfect place in ECR with proximity to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is our second visit in Red Beach House and my family enjoyed the entire stay. We were welcomed warmly by the care takers. The place is still beautiful as the last time we visited the place in 2022. Since it's the holy week, there were lots of people at the beach from the other resorts but it did not affect our stay since the home is very private and the care takers are proactive in keeping the place quiet and peaceful from possible intruders. We like the new addition to the amenities like the outdoor kitchen with bar, it is more efficient during grilling and prepping our food for dinner. We spent most of our time at the pool and the garden area with my family and our fur babies. We loved the ambience and the lush greens. We also had a bonfire prepared by manong, one of the care takers. We had smores while we grilled meat and fish.✨ Our family had a wonderful time and we're grateful to Ms. Victoria in accommodating us in her beautiful home. We will come back again!

Real amazing host. Kevin took time to introduce every details of the house and its surrounding. The sun orientation etc.. Traditional house decorated with taste : traditional furniture with full modern functional amenties electrical kitchen, dishwasher etc... 20 meters from the private beach..very peaceful.. little private paradise!

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

The bungalow is beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean. Had all the amenities that you can expect from a hotel, like, toiletries, hot water geysers in all bathrooms, functioning AC in all rooms, good wi-fi connection and 24/7 water supply. The best part was the kitchen with all the required utensils, milk, tea powder and sugar. Enough to make tea for a group of 6-8 people twice a day. Food was supplied from a local catering service and was equally delicious, plus it was not expensive. Beach is at 5 mins walking distance. The Bluetooth party speakers added that extra boost to the evening party. The owner was also kind enough to keep ice cubes and 5 bottles of cold water ready in the fridge before we arrived. The only disadvantage that I found was the absence of swimming pool. Hoping they consider adding it in near future. I'm surely visiting the place again. Thanks Ajita!

Karen’s place was wonderful but what made the stay great was Karen herself, Wilson, and Gordo the dog. Everyone was so helpful and responsive and tended to our every need and wish. The space is so beautiful and pristine. The pool was amazing. The only thing I will say is that if you’re booking for 4 adults, I do not think the pull out couch could accommodate two full size adults. But, there are plenty of mattress pads and there’s definitely enough space for that amount of people. I highly recommend!

Amazing house right in front of the ocean overlooking Apo Island. The garden is very well kept by friendly workers. The house had all imaginable amenities and was comfortable. Easy access to the diveshop next door and the amazing Tropika restaurant. Otherwise on land there is not much to do. Just what we were looking for. May may was a great host too and would take care of our needs in just minutes. 10/10 would come again.

Uri went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. He personally drove us up north for a private land tour and even volunteered to take us to the airport when we were worried about transportation. Every recommendation he gave was spot-on - definitely 10/10! Overall, this place offers amazing service and accommodations, especially for the price. We highly recommend staying here!
