Perfect location for our trip. First class communication with Briody and superb instructions, directions, made it very easy. A great apartment, excellently equipped, super clean and great facilities in building, pool, gym, garage etc. I will recommend this to my friends/colleagues and will definitely stay again when next in Melbourne Thanks Briody for a great stay

Marcus and Zahra were great hosts. They were on top of their communication and very helpful. The space was exactly as listed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept very well! Would recommend :)

Kayla’s apartment is peaceful, and located very close to the beach, shops and restaurants, and also includes a great coffee place opposite. I found Kayla charming, responsive, and genuinely interested in providing clear instructions, and helpful advice. I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend 216 Rouse St, Port Melbourne.

My husband & I have stayed at Liana's Airbnb twice now, when we travel to Melbourne we will always try & get into her accommodation. Stunning views of the city from the same height as the Rialto.. honestly something else.

The apartment was great and a very central city location with free trams close by, as well as an IGA for any food supplies. Everything was very clean with all necessary amenities supplied. A modern and very comfortable apartment offering great value for money. Host communicated well. Can recommend and would rebook to stay again on any future trips.

Very nice modern flat a short train ride from Melbourne city centre. The flat had everything we needed and was in an area surrounded by food and drink options.

Great apartment, modern with great fittings. Good location between restaurants, cafes and the river (great to walk along into the city). The only drawback was the construction opposite, but we were aware of this before we booked, so didn’t impact us too much and outside of the control of the host! Would happily stay again if we come back to Melbourne.

Close to all public convenience

Alex’s location was perfect for us to get together the Australian Open and to explore Melbourne for a week. The tram lines to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Beach, South Melbourne market, etc. were close by. There were many restaurants, bars, and the Prahran Market a few blocks away, yet the apartment was quiet and comfortable. No problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Alex was a great host and we would definitely stay in his apartment again if we make it back to the Melbourne area.

Lovely people, only upstairs so if you need anything they are right there!

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

Unit was spacious and ideally located for our visit to Melbourne. A garage stocked with grocery essentials was about a 3 minute walk away, but we did not need any. The teabags and uht milks were a welcoming addition, however, a couple of coffee sachets as well would not have gone astray. When visiting our family we would stay here again.

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

Lovely apartment with fabulous views. The tram stop is a 2 minute walk away and the trams are very frequent. The property had everything we needed for a four week stay. Chris and his co-host were very responsive and helpful. Woolworths Metro on Park Street is a good medium sized supermarket and is only 5 minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Excellent location for us. We loved the terrace with a nice view of Melbourne stadiums and a decent vantage to the CBD as well. Tram right outside was convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This was honestly one of the best Airbnbs we stayed at. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The apartment was super nice and clean. The pool and hot tub was just amazing and exactly what we were looking for during our last days in Australia. Also the view is really cool. You can park in the garage which was nice too. And the communication was also great. We really had nothing to complain about. If you can, stay here!

Guoyuns place was the perfect accomodation for our attendance at a wedding at the ritz Carlton. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay.
