Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Assisi

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Alex is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very Tuscan quaint and the location was wonderful for driving around Tuscany.

Federica is a friendly, pleasant and kind host. We had a really good time in her home, which is spacious, very clean and welcoming. Federica was available both for check-in and for info about the area and then being a pleasant person it is a fun chat with her, too bad we had a short time. central location for us since we visited Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio and nothing is missing in the apartment. thank you Federica!!!!

one word - WOW. what an amazing Airbnb. the hosts were fantastic and friendly, the location was right around the corner from assisi, the bnb itself was clean and GORGEOUS. we had 3 little pups with us who loved the yard and running around. the beds were so comfortable, plenty of room, just an amazing place worth the money and worth the experience!!!!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

The house is spacious and with everything you need. Tiziana and Fabrizio were always available, kind and respectful. The house is on a residential street but a few minutes by car there are great restaurants where you can dine at great prices. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There are steps to get in, but we with a little girl had no problem.

We loved our stay here. You are very close to Assisi old town- just walk to the parking lot next door and ride the escalator up. We parked the car on the property and did not use it the whole time. We walked to Assisi both days we were here and spent time in the town. When we needed groceries we walked to the nearby Tigre grocery store. After walking around the town the apartment was perfect for relaxing. It was comfortable with lots of space. There is a TV. The beds are very comfortable. My son loved having his own space in the little nook. We had what we needed to make breakfast and simple dinners. We followed Angela's guidebook (on the Airbnb app/site) to book a restaurant in town one time. Our GPS had a hard time finding the house, but we called and her son explained it to us. After that it was very easy.

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

We owe your valuable tips to one of the most beautiful dinners we've had in Umbria. The apartment is a true love nest that fully reflects the spirit of the region. It's simple, warm, and thoughtful, really a special place to feel at home. Making breakfast in that kitchen immersed in morning light is an experience in itself. The convenient location in the center of Umbertide allows you to enjoy all the surrounding services with ease, and easily park a stone's throw from the house. Highly recommended in everything!

Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

the place is enchanting immersed in the woods with a breathtaking view. Ideal to go with dogs and children. Strategic location to visit the enchanting villages of Umbria. The house is delicious, we were in winter and the heating on the ground was very pleasant. The bedroom is very spacious and the house is modern. I hope to return in the spring. Carla is a wonderful hostess. She was very responsive. She welcomed us in person, gave us recommendations for restaurants, and left us with a bottle of Prosecco and supplies for breakfast as everything was closed on Jan 1st! Her apartment is charming and very well located. We had a very nice stay.

I'm sure this is the best apartment we've been to through Airbnb. Marco + Michele are great hosts. I highly recommend it for those who have a car and want a comfortable and luxurious experience at a great price. Also a short drive from the Pian di Massiano mini metro with free parking so that the historic center is easy to access.

Accommodation set in the context of a Liberty-style villa from the early 1900s, with a garden and a comfort space next to the apartment. Beautiful view of Assisi and Mount Subasio. Possibility of parking the car at the back of the house.
