Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Assisi

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

Federica is a friendly, pleasant and kind host. We really enjoyed ourselves in her home, which is spacious, very clean and welcoming. Federica was available both for check-in and for info on the area and then being a pleasant person it's a lot of fun chatting with her, too bad we were there for a short time. central location for us since we visited Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio and the apartment has absolutely everything. Thanks Federica!!!!

Beautiful relaxing location a little off the beaten path. Views are amazing and the place is very comfortable and clean.

Stefania is one of the best hosts we've ever met. The hospitality was superlative, the house is comfortable, with attention to the smallest details, very clean. The location is great, the surrounding area is very quiet. The accommodation is really suitable for every need. Everything inside has been tastefully selected, but what struck us most is undoubtedly Stefania's serenity and availability. We can only recommend staying in this charming environment.

one word - WOW. what an amazing Airbnb. the hosts were fantastic and friendly, the location was right around the corner from assisi, the bnb itself was clean and GORGEOUS. we had 3 little pups with us who loved the yard and running around. the beds were so comfortable, plenty of room, just an amazing place worth the money and worth the experience!!!!

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Almost surreal how beautiful this space is, and the surrounding property is almost too beautiful to describe. Silvia is certainly a top tier host, and her attention to detail is second to none. We are already planning a return trip. If you want to get away from it all, and never have to leave a property ( except to grab more wine), this is the place. But if you want venture out, many top attractions are less than hour drive away. The Lake views alone are worth the trip.

Andrea and Flavio were excellent hosts. The location is perfectly situated just outside the city gates. The parking on premises was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. The tub was perfect to give our little one a bath and the children’s park just a five-minute walk away was perfect to keep everyone happy as we would come and go in the city. I highly recommend this BNB to everyone, especially families.

Alessandra host gentilissima, She was available and attentive to our every need Apartment clean and equipped with every comfort, true to description The kitchen is perfectly equipped We had to check out earlier than expected for personal needs and we did not have the opportunity to properly arrange the apartment, Alessandra was very kind and understanding even at this time We'll definitely be back

Everything is absolutely perfect. Roberto and Alice are wonderful hosts, a welcome so rarely happens. The house is really big, comfortable and with everything you need (even more!). The area is perfect, within walking distance of the mini meter that leads to the center and the train station. And then, icing on the cake, 117 steps (counted!) from the house is the trattoria Murales, where you eat DIVINELY and spend the right amount. If you come to Perugia, THIS is the place to choose from. Without "if" and without "but"

We had a wonderful stay with our children. Very friendly hosts, beautiful property and everything as described. Would very much recommend.

Great location with everything you need (sheets and towels) and also with breakfast food (coffee, cookies, jam, snacks). The house is well-structured and the very large outdoor garden is a pleasant plus. The only thing is the parking spot, but there are free spots a few hundred meters from the house.

The apartment was perfect for our stay of over a week. We were able to make dinners at home and enjoyed the outside patio also. Margherita the cohost was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend. There is quite a lot of stairs to climb but it was worth it.

I had the great pleasure to stay at Francesco's place during the international journalism festival along with 5 additional colleagues. We enjoyed our stay in the large two floor flat, which also has two (!) private terraces (great for meetings) and extremely beautiful view. We had great weather and spent most the time in awe of the scenery. It gives the feeling you are in countryside, despite being just a minute by foot away from the absolute centre of the beautiful old city centre of Perugia. For us it was the perfect place to get some peace and quiet and gather some energy in between of the sessions of the festival. Francesco was very friendly and is a great host, communication was easy and uncomplicated. 100% would book again!

Nothing but good things to say about Valentina's place and Valentina. She was kind enough to pick us up at the train station and drive us to within 100-m of the apartment (only because of the ZTL limitation, we could not get closer by car). Everything is accurately represented in the photos and the description. Within a 5-min walk of the apartment, you have access to the main square, restaurants, bakery, sandwich places, grocery store, bars, etc. We loved the Mini-metro and the ease and speed to get from the apartment to the main Perugia train station and back (<30 min each way). A great stay and very highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay! The location is amazing. It’s right in old town. The views out of the windows are amazing! The space is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Laura, the host, is wonderful! She takes great care in the details of her beautiful home. She is friendly and really wants you to enjoy yourself. It rained when we were there and Laura reached out with lots of things to do to keep you out of the rain. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent. We would recommend to anyone and Laura is what makes this place so special.

Carla’s apartment is a home away from Carla’s apartment is a home away from home. We absolutely loved it for its large size, convenient location and comfortable furnishings. The amenities provided were generous. Carla kindly lent us her key card for free access to the car park nearby. We’ve used Airbnb in multiple countries for well over a decade. Places mostly meet our expectations while a few are disappointing. However, Carla’s apartment is the rarest of the rare- it exceeded all our expectations. We give it a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Carla. We wish we could have stayed longer.

I'm sure this is the best apartment we've ever stayed in through Airbnb. Marco + Michele are fantastic hosts. I highly recommend it for those who have a car and want a comfortable and luxurious experience at a great price. Also within driving distance of the Pian di Massiano mini subway with free parking so that the historic center is easy to access.

Accommodation inserted in the context of an Art Nouveau-style villa of the early 1900s, with a garden and comfort space next to the apartment. Beautiful view of Assisi and Mount Subasio. Possibility of parking in the back of the house.

We enjoyed 4 nights here and our stay was very nice. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and have some wine while sitting in the sun. We enjoyed the wine and chips left for us and appreciated the thoughtful gift. We had some wonderful meals in town and even attended a chorale concert in the church nearby. Like most Italian hill towns, this one has many charming but steep little roads and walkways but this is why we love Italy. We quickly grew to really enjoy Spello and staying in Manuela's place gave us easy access to all that we needed.
