Holiday rentals with a patio in Astypalaia

I had a really wonderful stay at Dionisia. A perfect setting for me really as the location was ideal. Communication was brilliant from the host and I would definitely consider returning as I felt right at home here. A really natural feel to the place. Loved it!

Katerina has been an excellent host, always available. The accommodation is conveniently placed near the most beautiful beach in Kefalos, well furnished and equipped. I do recommend

Absolutely loved staying here, best place I’ve stayed in kalymnos by far. The place is beautiful, homely and lots of little touches that made us feel right at home. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Joanna is an excellent host, very friendly and caring. We feel like we’re leaving with a friend. Hope to stay with you again in the future.

Wow! What a welcome. We requested an early check in which was agreed immediately and we arrived to find Akis waiting for us. The fridge had been filled with water, juice, bread, cheese & meats and there was coffee and tea and much more provided. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. Both spacious double bedrooms had quiet, efficient air conditioning units and a furnished balcony. The apartment is situated just behind the rather pricey Ikos resort. Kastri Island could be viewed from the balcony and the beach is a short 600m stroll away and next to some beautiful old church ruins, great for photos. There’s an abundance of great restaurants and bars within easy reach but the apartment is really peaceful. We were also allowed to use the pool in the apartments opposite which was a real bonus! We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay there again without hesitation.

Amazing stay. Kalotina was lovely and very helpful despite the language barrier. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities for cooking and making coffee. Arginonta seems like the best location for climbing, especially if you don't like the business of Massouri.

Ιωαννα's Airbnb was just as beautiful as the pictures make it seem and well within walking distance of several popular crags! The pier/swimming area was nice bonus as well. Ιωαννα and her mom were excellent hosts and her mom is an excellent cook (highly recommend having her cook you some home cooked Greek food)!

We had such a great time in Ellies. John was always responsive and Marie and George who gave us the keys were so nice. The apartment looked even better than on the pictures and everything was very clean. Marie and George were always helpful in case we needed anything. The location is also great, you can get around the whole island in half an hour (by car). Thank you for the great stay in Kalymnos!

Beautiful house in amazing location, about 50 meters from beach which you can easily access through backyard. It was easy to keep the house at comfortable temperature, AC in every room worked great and blinds in both bedrooms are great addition to keep the sun out during the day and keep the room pitch black during nights. Many restaurants and local stores nearby so you have access to most things you'd need just by quick walk. If you want to explore whole island you can rent a car and park right beside the house. Only minor negatives for us was hard mattress and noise from the cars/bikes passing by during night which can get fairly loud even with all windows closed. But this is to be expected considering the location. All in all it is great place to stay and I'd recommend it to everyone wanting to visit Kos island.

Not sure how to convey how I feel for this place in a short paragraph- simply magical. The most breathtaking view I’ve ever had. True authentic Greece- the little town was wonderful and so quaint. Vuella at the mini mart can make you lunch! The house was everything I could’ve dreamed of and more. Dionysus was lovely when I bumped into him too. A real gem of a place.

This villa is amazing! Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay while climbing on Kalymnos. Walking distance to all the delicious restaurants in Masouri. Located next to the path up to Poets. Beautiful views of Telendos and Grande Grotta from the large balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful and super nice. Definitely recommend!

I rarely write reviews but in this case I want to share a recommend more than ever. I've been coming to Kalymnos for many years and stayed in many places before. This place is another level. Anything you can think about, best place. period. Ireni was amazing and made sure we feel at home from the moment we arrived. and we did. This place is created with attention to all details, with ideal design and it is clean and comfortable like no other. best night sleep, best shower, best kitchen, best host. Once found this place, no reason to keep looking. And honestly, cannot explain how perfect it is. Truly, this is home.

If we have an address to recommend near the port of Katapola, it's Dimitra's place! Welcoming, smiling, always a little attention to her guests, it's a real pleasure to have stayed at her place! The studio studio is clean and well-equipped, the bedding comfortable. Our great host didn't hesitate to give us clean sheets following a technical concern from girls... while we had washed them... Really thoughtful host! We highly recommend! In addition, his son gave us several tips to discover the island and they came to pick us up from the port and gave us back! A family that knows how to host! Thank you so much!

Great little place in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. A perfect oasis in Pothia. Easy 10-15 walk to restaurants and shops and the port.

Anna is a wonderful host, very communicative, thoughtful and kind - she baked fresh cookies which was a lovely touch. Her apartment is beautifully located and designed, extremely comfortable and the rooftop terrace is a real bonus. We definitely hope to return and cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a very nice time in this apartment. The location is perfect for climbing at the crags closest to Masouri (the approach to Poets starts almost at the apartment). Both Arne and Kalliopi were extremly nice and helpful when we missed something in the apartment or had questions. There are some house rules that can be good to read when booking 🙂

We booked Maja's beach studio for a week of climbing. it is ideally situated, with a great view over the beach and next to small shop. It was easy to get to, and the interior is cutely decorated, and sitting out the front or back for breakfast was delightful with all the cat visitors. The home has plenty space to store all climbing gear while leaving the living space clear. While there is not fixed kitchen there is a hot plate and toasty grill which allowed us to make breakfast porridge, cook pasta for dinner and make toasties. Maja was very helpful, kind and friendly, while proactively helping us with activities, advice and provided blankets when the temperature dropped. We would love to stay with here again.

Dimitra was a friendly and welcoming host! She picked us up from the ferry and gave us fresh vegetables from the family farm - which was a lovely touch ! The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Everything was new and in great condition. The area was peaceful. We could easily walk into the port area in 15 min. We worked online and wifi was strong. We highly recommend staying here!

I was not expecting, by any means, what I ended up experiencing, even for a day. Due to work I travel often, I usually stay in hotels but sometimes in an AB&B apartment. This time, in Harikleia, will be unforgettable. I start from the initial communication, direct, friendly and helpful! The price is reasonable. The instructions are informative about everything! From how to get to watching TV or what to do in case the wifi has a problem. When I entered the apartment it was exactly as he described it, exactly what I saw in the photos (the spot, not, amazing). Harikleia had studied everything. It had all the ingredients and utensils for coffee, drinking water with a special filter installation (in Kalymnos the water of the network is not drinkable), a gift was waiting for us, cold in the refrigerator with frozen glasses in the freezer and too many details that the space does not reach to describe. All of you must stay there at least 1 night! Harikleia thank you for everything!
