Holiday rentals with breakfast in Athens

We stayed for three nights at Irene’s and loved the space! The house is easy to find and check-in is a breeze. The house is very clean and the kitchen well stocked. If you’re in the area for skiing and hiking, the location is great. Also very close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops. Would stay again!

Kerri's 3 houses we rented for my daughters wedding and they were all spotless and beautiful. So much character inside and out that everyone had their space to relax and also hang out together. Beds was very comfortable and bathrooms were all updated and new. We loved being so close to the venue and Kerri was so accommodating to all of us staying there. Cannot recommend enough!!!

My group loved our stay at Alan and Cara’s place for the Sheep & Wool festival. Great space for a large group; we especially loved how comfortable the living room couches were and how there was space for everyone there to gather. The place was immaculately clean. We’d love to come back again!

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Erin’s cottage was friendly and inviting for us. Erin was always very responsive to any questions we had. The cottage was quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed every aspect of it. I look forward to visiting again.

We had a great stay. Home was clean and as photographed, and kitchen was well stocked for our large group.

I can only add to the rave reviews, especially those that point out that this is what Airbnb is meant to be - not a hotel like experience in a condo, but a somewhat quirky space full of personality and life. Location is great. Parking space a plus. Great for those traveling w pooches. And host Kira is the best. Detailed instructions and local recommendations, excellent value for this much space and generous offer to treat her home as your own.

My friends and I loved Jenny’s home. Every corner there was something else to look at. It was spotless and we felt right at home. What a beautiful weekend in Kinderhook, felt like an escape. Cute town too!

Although I did not find this an issue, I felt safe--Keep reading-- Diane's apartment is on the second floor(as described). Self check-in through the front door; upon entering the front door there are multiple other doors on the first floor surrounding the stairs(not a private entrance). Access to the apartment is the stairs, sectioned/separated by a curtain, no locking door between the apartment and the first floor residence. Note there is a lock on the bedroom door. Don't let the above discourage you! EASY FIVE STARS. Diane's apartment has a high rating for multiple reasons!! To sum it up = clean, quiet and comfortable. I stayed for the night to get some rest after a long day of driving between ski resorts, but perfect set-up for an extended stay. Diane has really thought of it all: essentials, snacks, brochures... everything. Peaceful area: star gazing at night and sunrise over the river in the morning. I would stay in Diane's apartment to do some exploring around Athens next time.

I absolutely love this little cottage. This is our second time staying. It is very cozy, perfect for a couple for the weekend. The property is very quiet and peaceful with the brook running right past the back of the cottage. It is an easy walk into the center of town and the strip with various stores, restaurants, and bars. The cottage was clean, neat, and had all basic necessities. Panxi and Diana are great hosts, available for questions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this booking.

This place was perfect for an overnight stay to attend a concert at Empire Live. The place was a short walk to overnight parking, the venue, and many restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was clean and stylish! The video game even works! Many amenities were available. Dillon was very communicative and easy to work with. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

Anna's Airbnb was the perfect place to take a weekend away from the city. My fiancé and I stayed two nights and wish we had stayed another; the property is gorgeous in the winter, the hosts were friendly, and the space extremely cozy. We also met a super friendly cat named Bogey that lives on the property. Zero complaints here, we would definitely stay again!

Great stay. Was just what we needed for a three week work trip and didn’t have the busy traffic of the city, but was close enough to be in the city within ten minutes. Fast WiFi.

Very cool place to stay, fire place in front of the bed and vicinity to ski mountains was the selling point for us. I am very tall but the bed had more than enough room for the two of us and they have anything you could possibly need there. If Belleayre sells out, hunter is only 30 minutes away!

We were so happy to be back at Joe and Barb’s. Their hospitality is wonderful - from recommendations to bonfires to impeccable breakfasts. Already planning our next stay!

We had a very good and comfortable stay. Maragaret was extremely responsive and helpful for all our needs. The home is situated at a extremely quite and pristine location. One can actually enjoy the fall season outside the home itself. The location is also very close to most attractions and hikes in that area. We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Catskill.

lovely stay with Susan . Her spot affords beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. Friendly group of people at the house and she made me a delicious breakfast on my way out. The room was all very comfortable.

My husband and I loved our stay at Arts Inn! Heidi and Randy truly go out of their way to make your stay great. Check in was a breeze and the hosts are very responsive. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The star of the show is the breakfast that is crafted with care. We felt so well taken care of while staying here. If you’re skiing at Belleayre, this is the perfect place to stay. Make sure to pop over to The Print House and Doolittle’s, which are both walkable! We can’t wait to return.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely fabulous time being hosted by Troy at his home. He was so welcoming, gracious and it felt like a true community experience. His place was gorgeous and spotless and it had this authentic Nordic aesthetic. I loved our bedroom downstairs - it was so private and cozy. His 3 course Nordic breakfast was delicious! He's also really interesting and has such a diverse background. And he's super knowledgeable about the area, with recommendations on sightseeing, walks, restaurants etx. I can't recommend this plsce enough and we are excited to return!

Ellen & Edwin were the perfect hosts! Edwin was extremely welcoming and went out of his way to get me to a dinner place close by (that I would have never found in the dark on my own). Ellen was super friendly and a great source of helpful information to the attractions the area has to offer. She also made excellent and varied breakfasts. The property itself is beautifully curated. Ellen & Edwin were gracious to offer me the best room (the exquisite romantic room). Loved it and all the communal areas, that are totally inviting. The property is minutes walk from serene waterfalls and a small pond. I highly recommend staying there ❤️❤️❤️

Doris and John are such wonderful hosts, really enjoyed my stay. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast was amazing!

Kelly’s inn couldn’t have been better. It’s absolutely perfect. I’ve never felt so happy with an Airbnb booking as I felt with this Inn. Cozy and clean bedroom and bathroom, gorgeous inn, and the best part honestly: the breakfast. Everyday was a surprise and I was always excited for what delicious dish she had prepared for breakfast - she has magic hands for cooking. In every single detail I could see Kelly and her husband’s effort and love for this place. They are so nice, very helpful and they will give you great recommendations of what to do around! Kelly established a standard way too high for b&b for me - I’ll never find one as good as hers haha (and that’s why I’m looking forward to go back soon).
