This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Located in uptown Athens near all local shops, eating, drinking and campus. This spacious apartment is located on the second floor of Flats on Carpenter at the top of North Court Street. Two parking spots provided on site for convenience. 60” TV with WiFi only-no cable. You will have to utilize your own streaming accounts. NOTE: The exterior siding is being replaced June-Sept. 2024. Due to the exterior removal, street noise is louder.

We live in rural, Appalachian Ohio on 20 acres. We have fields, woods and a pond for exploring. Our place is about 15 minutes from town; shopping, grocery and restaurants. We are 20-30 minutes from the Hocking Hills State Parks, canoeing, hiking, etc. The one-bedroom apartment in the basement of our house can host up to 4 people and features a walkout with a hot tub and a porch swing. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located on Richland Ave, this small one bedroom is less than a half mile to OU’s Convocation center & 1 mile to uptown Athens. Freshly remodeled, everything new, and sits right above Purple Chopstix—one of Athens Best local restaurants (closes early, noise is not a problem!) Attentive owners. Great place for a couple, visiting professionals, or just a solo getaway to this beautiful town.
