We live in rural, Appalachian Ohio on 20 acres. We have fields, woods and a pond for exploring. Our place is about 15 minutes from town; shopping, grocery and restaurants. We are 20-30 minutes from the Hocking Hills State Parks, canoeing, hiking, etc. The one-bedroom apartment in the basement of our house can host up to 4 people and features a walkout with a hot tub and a porch swing. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located on Richland Ave, this small one bedroom is less than a half mile to OU’s Convocation center & 1 mile to uptown Athens. Freshly remodeled, everything new, and sits right above Purple Chopstix—one of Athens Best local restaurants (closes early, noise is not a problem!) Attentive owners. This apartment is the second bed and breakfast that I am opening in the same location. It is walking distance to the Ohio University campus and uptown Athens. Just steps from the bike path and convenient walking distance for groceries, restaurants and all necessities. Across the street from Jackie O's Tap Room. You wont need to use your car at all and we have plenty of parking for it.
